Das Hotel ist in allen Belangen gut.
Das hotel ist innerhalb des Gebäudes seinen Sternen ehtsprechend gut. Aber sobald man das Hotel verläßt versinkt man in Schmutz und Müll, Eine absolute Katastrophe!!!

Lost Reservations
Arrived at hotel with my [...] confirmation in hand. Was told that my reservations didn't exist, but that they had a room for us. Tried to charge us more for the room. I refused because I had already pre-paid for the 2 night stay through [...] wanted to charge me an additional $330 US dollars for the room after I had already paid $302 dollars for the room. I had to argue with them for 30 minutes to get them to not charge me any additional amounts. [...]Ultimately, I was not charged, but I will not return to this hotel chain and will be cautious in using [...] in the future.
