Sehr gute Lage bezüglich öffentlicher Verkehr. Einfache Ausstattung mit guter Suaberkeit und freundlichem Personal. Nicht sehr ruhige Lage da direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsachse gelegen.

The hotel is fairly priced. While in the redlight district, you dont have any problems with noise, disturbances and so on. I didnt try the buffet but ate at a local restaurant. It is right by local tram/train station.

I arrived with late checkin at about 3 am after a long workday. Desk staff was very nice but they presented me with a key to a room that was already occupied. Needless to say, the occupant was not pleased to have me entering their room at 3:30am. After spending another 30 minutes convincing the staff I had, indeed, booked a "hotel room" and not a "hostel room", they gave me another room with the provision that i had to come and change rooms the next morning. I agreed as i was very tired and just wanted to go to sleep. Next day, the staff wanted me out of the room at 10am (remember i checked in at 3:30a.m.) and to "store my luggage until about 4p.m." when a suitable room would become available. After much negotiation, they agreed to let me have another (more expensive) room immediately that was available for the duration of my stay. Both of my rooms in the hotel part of the complex were unbearably hot and noisy. The street out front is a major thoroughfare and had noisy traffic 24 hours a day. With the window closed, the room was incredibly hot and with it open the noise was deafening and made sleep impossible. The room did not appear to have been cleaned very well with long black hairs visible on the floor, the desk and several places in the bathroom. Linens seemed fresh, but the thick layer of dust on all the furniture did little to instill a feeling of comfort. Cleaning staff the next day started knocking on my door at 9a.m. and after 4 times telling them i didn't want any service it was finally time for me to leave for another day of work. When i left, i stopped in the the front desk and specifically asked them NOT to have the maids clean my room and to please have them stop disturbing me in the morning. Upon my arrival that night back to my room, it had indeed been cleaned and it was obvious any requests made at the front desk are not passed on the appropriate people. There were no Do Not Disturb signs and each morning i had to repeat the whole episode with the cleaning staff who clearly did not have any regard for my comfort. This proved to be a non issue however, as the walls are paper thin and i was aware of everything that was being said even from the other end of the hall. In short, the staff was very helpful and friendly and truly did their best to make the best of it for me, but could not overcome the shortcomings of the hotel itself or the cleaning staff.

Very basic but you get what you pay for

A Bit of the beaten path in a not so Glamorous area but hey this is all the bad things I could think of. I went there wishing for a clean warm Place to rest after exploring Vienna on foot, And that is exactly what I got. To address some probable visitors aesthetic concerns: Yes the hotel is a bit on the IKEA style furniture, yes it lacks personality but the staff is helpful, the rooms clean and the price unbeatable. If you are visiting Vienna and want a good/cheap place to rest, do yourself a favor and check this out.

移動目的のための一泊でしたので、WienWestに近いのは良かった。

Hotel is in the 'red light district" but it's quite safe and OK to walk the streets nearby at night. In the shops nearby it would help if you could speak Turkish. Clean, Friendly and well priced for Vienna.
