Staying here was a great experience
Staying here was a great experience - wonderful location & history, and very friendly, helpful staff most of the time. Breakfast was generous, lots of newspapers provided and 2 guest lounges. However, we suffered from Sydney's humidity with no air-conditioning in our rooms and no ventilation. The ceiling fan was noisy, the shower is over the bath and difficult to access the taps. We waited 7 hours one day to have our room serviced and the maids only changed one of the wet towels.

Our family loved our stay at Q
Our family loved our stay at Q station retreat Manly. The staff was warm and friendly, great location. Courtesy bus taked you into Manly hourly so no parking hassles.

A very nice place to stay, however
A very nice place to stay, however the access to your car is very ordinary, most of the staff were frendily and very helpful. Great atmosphere and a lot of history.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable
Rooms were very clean and comfortable with harbour views from the verandah. We all enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast included in the price.

Great location and fascinating
Great location and fascinating place to stay. The rooms were comfortable but surprised to find no drawer space for clothes. Also disappointed to learn that the shuttle bus service is restricted in the afternoons (a gap of 4 hours from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm returning from Manly). Maybe this increases in the summer months but is contrary to info on the website. Overall a great stay with some fantastic views of Sydney. Staff very amenable.

staff were great - room was as
staff were great - room was as much as you need - the peace & quiet of the area was the biggest draw card for me - that's why i have returned and enjoyed a 2nd fantastic stay!
