Novotel Brisbane

Situated just two minutes from the central train station, this hotel is great to explore Brisbane city. I've stayed there several times due to its proximity and nice service. I've noticed that each time I visit, other improvements have been made but there are a few things one would expect as standard equipment in the bathrooms. Breakfast is plenty and varied.

The Novotel Brisbane was great!! The staff were very friendly & happy to do anything to make your stay perfect. Location is only about a 10 minute walk to Queen Street, all down hill, just remember that it's all up hill on the way back!! Buffet breakfast was yum, plenty of variety & healthy options too. The gym is basic but has some good size dumbbells & an incline bench for a quick workout. My husband & I would stay at Novotel again, awesome hotel!!

Typical chain experinece. Everything done to maximise revenue per guest. Looks cheap, staff friendly in a semi-sincere way because they're trained to be way. Breakfast looks great, but under-delivers. I-pod dock on clock radion was handy and sounded good. Really hard to find hotel as the overpasses and road names are all over the place.

We were very happy with our stay at the city Novotel and would definitely recommend it. Easy access to most venues in the city, staff very helpful, good amenities.

I really liked my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and it was close to the downtown area and train station. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was that it had a pool and gym and the televisions were at eye level and not hung on the wall.

The room was lovely and extremely comfortable. We were more than happy with the location and parking is very good. The hotel facilities are all top notch. Would happily stay here again.

Proximity to city centre and Central Station is excellent. Facilities are all that you would want/expect from a business hotel. Beds were comfortable and the room was a very good size, clean, modern and very good value for money. Would definately recommend this hotel for a short stay close to the city. I'm only deducting points for service due to the pre-authorisation they incorrectly placed against my card still sitting there 4 days after I completed my stay.

Very neat, clean and tidy but furnishings (and facilities) are in need of a revamp.

Novotel is well located, close to central station, close to some good eateries during working hours Mon to Fri. There is a Woolworths just a short stroll away. Parking costs are on top of your booking, so you need to be aware of this. Rooms are nice and clean and staff are very friendly.
