Great Location overlooking brisbane river They gave us a 2 Bedroom apartment where paid for only one Only concern was cleanliness of bed living and furniture Did not have wireless internet connection Would stay there again

Would like to thank everyone who recommened this hotel. We had a fantastic time with a great room on level 16, have already booked my room for next year. Only thing that the hotel needs is better signage on the carpark and better info on the parking and how to getting in and out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oaks Casino Towers. The location is excellent - opposite a lovely park, high up in the town-- well above the recent flood level. We loved the huge deck on our 1 Bedroom corner apartment-- fantastic for relaxing and entertaining. Even though it was at the back of the building, it had a great view over the river. Facilities for relaxation and cooking/washing were excellent. Only concern was that the kitchen supplies were somewhat limited-- one small sachet of dishwashing powder for a two day stay. But staff were responsive to our request for more. Staff were all very helpful with any request.

The Oaks was very nice, and very central with lovely views of the Brisbane river. It was comfortable and clean.

Hotel bien situé dans Brisbane. Nous avons été très déçu de la propreté de notre appartement!! Moquette, rideaux et canapé tachés; Vaisselle et électroménager sales et gras; Murs et terrasse sales. Après l'avoir signalé, nous avons eu droit, le lendemain, à un "VIP cleaning" qui n'en avait que le nom! Bref, pas terrible...

Great stay with grandchildren. Finding the car park was most difficult as no signage.

On my top 5 places to stay.Great position in the city. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again. Comfortable beds, pillows etc. Only hiccup this time was that the doors were being painted so their were no numbers on the doors. Staff were friendly and helpful, just an initial oversight with the doors.We did work it though out via the fire escape maps.

Excellent accomodation. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Hotel and room facilities were excellent. Iwill certainly use this hotel again as I often visit Brisbane. Hotel club certainly provided great service with my booking. Thank you

This was a great 1 bdrm apartment, centrally located. It was modern, clean & comfortable. A very enjoyable stay.

The sefl contained unit is excellent, location terrific, price ok, the biggest problem was the lack of lighting in the bathroom, poor quality towels and very hard water. Apart from that everything was ok.
