Club Surfers Gold Coast

Je voudrais porter à votre attention des faits qui se sont déroulés à l’hôtel CLUB SURFERS Appartment GOLD-COAST, lors de mon séjour. En effet, la piscine et le spa-pool étaient sale et manquaient d’entretien, le spa-pool n’était pas chauffé, le barbecue pas nettoyé après utilisation, dans la salle d’eau de l’appartement la porte serviette et le verrouillage de la porte étaient défectueux, des individus ivres consommaient de la bière dans la piscine, le locataire de l’appartement mitoyen effectuait des travaux de démolition.

hi well the place was ok for location to surfers.. food and shops you could walk to. rooms was not bad. but they were doing it up at the time so jobs half done..only had 1 cup which look bad so i bought cups and left them there for the next person..outside was a mess smoke butts everywhere you walked. no one clean them up for the whole time i was there that was 9 days.have stayed in better places for cheaper in 3rd world counties. what does that say about

Club Surfers Apartment served my requirement very well as it was close to Crowne Plaza where I attended a 3 day workshop. Club Surfers has all the facilities which I didn't have a chance to use. The service was good. On This ocassion, there were 2 shortfalls: 1. No soap holder in the shower 2. The wireless network did not work for me. It was not resolve when I left. It may be my computer settings in relationship their network. Anyway, I would recommend anyone who requires a convenient location at a very reasonal price. Best regards

it was very welcoming by the staff, although not to impressed with the room, the carpets were very dirty the air conditioner didnt work the price just seemed to expencive for what it was... but thank you for making us feel welcome.

Internet wifi time very shot.I stay for 5days but 3days unable to conect

we stayed in unit 7 and was very disappointed to hear that the owner will not spend anything to update it needs electrical wiring looked at and other things to make it more comfortable and enjoyable to stay in it, I would think twice before staying there again only id we had no other choice and certainly not in unit 7. Reception was good and facilities there are o.k. It was alright for the week we stayed if we were to stay any longer would have asked for a different unit .

Hôtel-Cub de facture ancienne mais bien entretenu. Certains équipements sont vétustes (Sauna, terrains de sport). Globalement très moyen, mais bien placé (proche des commerces et de la plage).

The room is middle in size, just good for 3 to 4 persons. I like the flexiblity of the apartment, they offer full facilities like washing machine, dryer, BBQ equipment , swiming pool. At night, all the guest setting outside enjoy the facilities offer. Just like stay at your own house. I like it. If opportunity to go there again, I will stay back the same apartment.

The apartment was much smaller than expected and quad beds did not actually specify that this was made up of a double bed, single bed and a double pull out couch. This made it difficult to sleep 4 - 2 boys and 2 non-related women! As a family venue this is excellent as it has many facilities for children and it is handy to many other opportunities.

Cleaning of the apartment surrounds did not seem to be a priority. The power cord from the TV did not reach the socket therefore an extension power board was attached with the power board itself being in mid air. The TV reception was poor. Bathroom facilities were poor without ever a spare toilet roll being supplied.
