- Dish' the hotel's award winning restaurant was refurbished in October 2005 and now offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with the clever use of dark stained timber screens and hand painted dishes from local artists on mirrored walls. The restaurant boasts an extensive menu, with modern Australian inspired dishes, an extensive wine list with an emphasis on local and Australian wines.
Restaurant Open:Breakfast 7 days a week, Lunch Monday to Friday only (Amberoom avail 7 days for light meals), Dinner every day except Sunday (Amberoom avail 7 days for light meals)
Amberoom, the ultra stylish amber lit bar was refurbished in July 2006 and features a wide range of cocktails and beverages and the bar's famous range of boutique beers. The bar is open 7 days a week from 10am until late and also serves light meals all day.
The hotel offers meeting rooms of various sizes accommodating 2 to 300 people and catering for all types of events.

Everything was very good, staff
Everything was very good, staff very friendly and helpful. Only compliant was that there was mould in the shower. Otherwise excellent

We were very happy with The Royce.
We were very happy with The Royce. As a busy family, my wife and I were pleased to take a night out just for ourselves and relax. The Royce made this happen for us. We will surely go back there again.

Reception staff very helpful
Reception staff very helpful Restaurant staff very efficient, food great Trams just outside hotel really quick if you haven't a car My only comment on the rooms would be that the lighting in the bathroom ,shower and toilet area very very dim and could be improved. The shower light was like a night light you would have for a young child. (I would be concerned for the safety aspect if I was elderly). I would certainly stay there again.

It's a terrible experience in
It's a terrible experience in Royce hotel. The bath room is as small and old as that in motel. The mould smell is full of the room. Hairs in the bathroom are left without propriate cleaning. Housekeeping staff made several phone calls in the noon even though i hang up "privacy" sign on the door. I won't go again and won't recommend.

Top notch service from start to finish. Check-in was swift and painless. Very good location for attending the Formula 1 grand prix.

The Hotel staff were very friendly
The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The location of the Hotel to the City is only a slow 15 minute stroll along St Kilda Rd along the park and gardens. The only draw back is the lack of parking around the Hotel other than that a very fine stay we had

An excellent location with the
An excellent location with the trams just outside the front door to and from the city. Hotel is absolutely beautiful and we will definately be recommencding it to others travelling to Melbourne.
