Comfort Hotel Auberge

This is an excellent choice for siteseeing in Berlin. The hop on-hop off bus is a bit over a block away. A subway and bus stop within a block. Restaurants are plentiful. Banks also. It's a block from the Ka-Da-We department store, a destination in itself. Safe, clean neighborhoods all arount the hotel. And the hotel itself was FANTASTIC! Clean, appears recently refurbished inside and out. The rooms are European small, but very comfortable. The most remarkable part is the staff. All shifts were smiling and willing to offer to help in any way needed. The buffet breakfast was much more than expected at a very reasonable price. Breakfast staff made you feel like family, not customers. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Berlin.

We, family of four (children 18 and 20) were in Berlin for three full days. The Hotel is in a good location; there are lots of restaurants/bakery around and the subway is conveniently two minutes walk away, which made it very easy to get around. KaDeWe and other shopping areas are around the corner. The room was large, had comfortable beds, clean and in one of these beautiful old buildings in Berlin. The bathroom could have been a little larger, but it was clean and it worked. We took a segway and a bridge tour, a great way to see lots of sights, when time is limited. It gives time to go back to sights of special interest.

Comfort Hotel Auberge is one block from a major intersection and U-Bahn, but in a secluded area with serenity and charm. Wonderful staff, perfect basics, something with the character of Old Berlin.

l'unico neo che in quattro giorni non ho trovato alla reception un addetto che parlasse italiano e oltre al pagamento effettuato alla prenotazione, appena arrivato per errore mi è stato fatto un altro pagamento, poi stornato in giornata. cmq il gradimento della struttura nella sua globalità rimane alto.

Nice small hotel in great location. The only drawback were some stairs that had to be used and the office was not open 24 hours. Had to open the front door with a key.

鍵が非常に開きにくかったことをはじめ、設備はイマイチでした。 駅から近くて近くにレストランもいくつかあり、立地的には満足。 オーナーかどうかわかりませんが対応いただいたフロントの方もいい人でした。全体的にはまずまずというところです。

The hotel location was perfect: near several restaurants, the KaDeWe, Memorial Church, and a block from the wonderful Berlin public transit. It was very convenient having a breakfast buffet reaady in the morning to start the day with. The staff was courteous and helpful and the room was plenty large enough for the three of us. I would definately stay here again, and recommend it to others.
