Stayed in Berlin for 10 days and spent 9 nights at the Park Plaza. The Staff were very helpful and the M tram and S Bahn are just around the corner so you can be in Alexanderplatz in about 10 minutes. The rooms were always cleaned and the price is just perfect for those who are in for an adventure in Berlin. Thanks!

Pas de chauffage à air pulsé au 7ème étage par -2° dehors... Solution proposée par l'hotel: un soufflant qui ne peut fonctionner que quand vous ètes dans la chambre...(car alimentation électrique coupée pendant votre absence) mais pas possible d'avoir des couettes supplémentaires.... Ascenseurs peu disponibles. Moquette trés sale. Bien situé grace au S-Bahn-Ring

The hotel was fantastic, really. It was within a few feet from the Landsberger Allee Tram and S-Bahn station, really nice when it's cold or snowing and all you want to do is get around town without having to walk a mile to the closest station. Right in front of the Velodrom too! Burger King across the street for those who need to grab a bite at 11pm. Friendly staff that speaks English too!

the hotel was just ok. it was clean but in the middle of nowhere and i felt depressed getting there.. no joke. it had this eerie, quiet feeling that i found very disconcerting...

It was ok. When I made reservations, I chose a hotel on Orbitz that said it had a breakfast but then at the desk, they told us it wasn't included. They wanted 12 Euros EACH for each day for Breakfast. Who can eat $20 worth of food at Breakfast? The Breakfast should have been included but I couldn't prove it.

This hotel is a great stay. The staff was friendly and spoke english. They were very helpful in giving me directions and getting a cab to the train station. I never ate at the restaurant. The room was like a normal US hotel room, maybe a little nicer. Strange shower, only one glass pane and water leaked to the floor. But I would not let this deter me from another stay. Wireless internet in the room with a cost. There are a couple of pizza and asian type fast food places around the corner. A petrel station and Burger King across the street. The city train is half a block a away and from there it is only about 8 stops to get to Alexanderplatz. From this square you can get to all the major sight seeing attractions. The Berlin Wall, The Holocaust Memorial, Brandon Burg Gate, Check Point Charlie. I took one of the sight seeing buses. It was 16 euro. Not that impressive but you have the opportunity to see the route. The next day I rented a bicycle and re traced the route and had a blast.

no pool , no sauna ,business centre computer broke down for 3 days in a 4 star hotel !

For the price, it was very reasonable, specially on a Saturday night. Close to Oranienstrasse and Torstrasse which has a lot of things to offer specially at night. Short drive and also close to the tram. The rooms are clean, although we were not given the option for smoking or non smoking room, and we got a smoking room. We also got for the price of the room, free breakfast. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is reasonable size and they even provided extra towels in the cabinet.
