falsches Zimmer
super hotel der oberen Klasse.Leider konnten wir nicht das bestellte Zimmer (Standart) bezihen und mussten uns mit einem wesentlich kleineren Zimmer zufrieden geben.(ohne Sofa oder andere relax Möglichkeiten) Auch nach zweimaligem Vorsprechen bei den Verantwortlichen keine Aenderung möglich.Immerhin waren wir 8 Nächte a Euro 190.00 in dem kleinen Zimmer. Es wäre schön wenn Ebookers das noch abklären könnte und uns mit einem Gutschein für die nächste Reise entschädigen würdr. Mit freundlichen Grüssen A.Senn

Dieses Hotel ist vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig überteuert. Zimmer, Service, Frühstücksbuffet des Grad Elysee werden von manch einem gut geführten 4-Sterne-Haus übertroffen.

Close proximity to Hamburg Dammtor station (one stop from Hamburg Hbf). Clean, well-sized room in a beautiful hotel. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly.

A Grand Hotel
Our room was clean,the beds were comfortable and the robes and slippers provided were cosey. We especially enjoyed the spa which had a nice pool, hot tub, steam room and a eucaliptus sauna which was great for the sinuses. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.

Great Spot in a Great City
Outstanding! Service was great, the hotel itself is beautiful, and it is located in a very desireable part of the City of Hamburg. I would recommend the Grand Elysee to anyone.

Hotel dining rooms (there are several) are all very nice. A bit pricey by American standards, but quite competitive with other first class hotel dining rooms in Europe.

Overpriced but spacious
The hotel is OK, however it is not 5*. It looks slightly dated but rooms are clean and spacious. Air conditioning stops working at night which causes some discomfort. No kettle so one can not have a hot drink in the room. A bottle of water in the fridge costs 5 euros. The bonus is the hotel is located in a short stroll to the scity centre.
