- The stylish lighting and wooden decor give our Wintergarten restaurant that extra special atmosphere. We serve both regional and international dishes and also have a pretty terrace. The restaurant is open from 6.30am to 10:30pm and can seat 74 people.

OK but not great
We could not get into the underground parking lot (for which they charged a lot for). My wife had to call back at the interphone a few times, eventually someone open the door from the interior and left. No one acknowledge the issue or apologized. no big deal but a little unprofessional in our taste. Then we realize that we had to pay a lot for the internet, and for breakfast as well. It fell like a bad deal gradually. To top things off our room had a view on the air conditioning units. So really NOT GREAT experience.

Koeln's Mercure
Koeln is a beatiful town and hotel is located in the middle in a relatively quiet street. Major theaters, restaurants and shopping zones are nearby. Rooms are a bit smaller but everything is inside including a bathtub. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

Excellent service and value
We were very impressed by the friendly and efficient staff who made so much difference to our short stay in Cologne, nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were very clean.Also,what a surprise awaited us on the morning of 6th Dec (St.Nicolas Day) to find a present waiting outside our room door containg chocolate,fruit & nuts. We enjoyed our stay and walked to all the attractions as we were so central.
