Entire staff are very friendly, immediately on arrival. Ray, the porter & çheck-in staff'make you pleased that you have arrived.handy location, not far from Marble Arch & where several car rental companies are located

Very convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff.

They should invest in a set of washcloths, new windows (both for noise reduction and to keep the rooms warmer), and wifi in the rooms. I'm not sure if there was an official concierge but all of the staff that I spoke to - while very nice - really did not seem to have any opinions or direction for restaurants in the area. The heat/a/c situation was a bit weird...you have to call the front desk when you get to your room, and after you've flipped the circute breaker, so they can turn on the heat in your room. The only thing is... the cleaning people may turn it off so you have to flip the switch to warm up your room again. There is also currently construction (Feb 2010) in the lobby and on the main elevator but I only heard them on one occasion. The survey requires you to rate the dining, although I never ate at the hotel and cannot vouch for it.

I love the location of BW Mostyn, breakfast used to be included in the price, this time rate is more expensive and breakfast was excluded. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The best thing in this hotel is its location. It is situated one block from Oxford street, in 3 minutes walk from Marble Arch and Selfridges, 5 min walk from Davies str., St. Molton Lane and further to New/Old Bond str., about 30 min walk from Soho and Trafalgar Square. Hotel itself is pretty old. We were upset with the room - we had a standart one (which is quite small in size) and it faced the inner yard with some ladders and debris, and bilders walking up and down. Also there was permanent loud sound of leaking water somewhere in the area of ceiling, which was very annoying especially at nights. But the staff was friendly, everything was clean, pre-paid english breakfast was not bad, in the lobby they had free wi-fi. Not a bad choice if you want to leave in center of the city, but I don't think I'll choose this hotel next time.

Only stayed 3 nights, but location was perfect.

The hotel is central and has easy access to buses and tubes. The Staff at the Desk were friendly and helpful. Anything we asked for was immediately responded. The room is quite adequate, but there were not enough shelves shelves for clothes. We stayed ten days. I would return to this hotel and would recommend it to all my friends and family who will visit London. The staff at the breakfast room was also very helpful and the service was excellent.

Good value for the location-qualition-price ratio. I stayed three nights and room service/cleaning was good. The location is excellent--just a minute from the tube station of Mable Arche. The hotel staff/reception is very friendly, and check-in was very smooth. Nevertheless, be aware that a single room was small, so is the bed. Only problem was that my room was so adjacent to the next room so I was waked up by the noice of room cleaning. However, it was a very tiny detail. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and will repeat this hotel without any doubt. I strongly recommend this hotel for a short vacation.

Excellent location within 100 yards of Marble Arch and the Oxford Street shops.
