Holiday Inn LONDON - HEATHROW

We were expecting basic but got so much more. Rooms were well equipped and very clean. There was a mini gym to work out in. The hotel restaurant was nice and food was good. It was very quiet! Staff were helpful. You buy a ticket in the lobby for the shuttle. Cost 4 pds one way, shuttles run every 20 mins. Worked very well.

We had a nice stay, rooms are good quality and amenities are decent. Restaurant is overpriced, we walked to a lovely pub down the road, but overpriced food is expected. Lou be area is nice. Staff not overly friendly.

Friendly staff and clean comfortable room at a good price. Free bus to and from bus stop next to hotel from central bus station at Term3.

When reservation was made, it included breakfast. In the morning when I went to have breakfast they said it was not included and I had topay for it. I had to talk to the manager about this and they admitted that the reservation included breakfast

Hotel was very convenient..used the Hotel shutte bus to get to the hotel. Hotel is right next to Heathrow, so worried about the noise. Perfectly quiet. Walked to a nice pub for food.kk

The food was disappointing in quality and cleanliness in the serving area. The evening meal was most disappointing in that the salmon in the caeser salad had been frozen and showed the frosty froth when cooked. The breakfast serving area needs some cleaning and a spruce up. As well the serving staff, tho friendly, may need some direction.

This is a relatively nice hotel to stay in for an overnight stay before or after a flight. They have shuttle service to the London Heathrow airport for a reasonable price. The fire doors are a little much to handle with luggage....Free wi-fi for a half hour.

The room was very comfortable once we got there. My granddaughter and I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle from the airport, so we go to bed late. And then we had to leave in the morning and missed our free breakfast. They refused to let us in even to grab a piece of fruit. The shuttles going to the airport were more frequent and so we had no problem catching our early flight. But this hotel is a long ways from the airport.

An excellent stay. Sound proofing could be better between rooms though-thanks to the American couple next door whose loud and unsuccessful attempt at 'activities' and their nagging amd complaints against each others' poor performance went for hours.

Hotel really close to the Heathrow airport, excellent location if you are in transit, quick bus ride and it will drop you off at the door, Price was a bargain using the family room (3 of us in total)and there was no airport noise what so ever so we all had a good sleep before our next international journey. Recommend this Hotel.
