Holiday Inn LONDON - HEATHROW ARIEL

I booked this hotel as I wanted to rest up before heading back to the states, after a week in Scotland. It was an excellent deal and super convenient. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the lobby was nice, but the rooms were very basic - which, was to be expected. What struck me most was the hotel being the last stop in the "free zone" via most local London busses. While the hotel charges a fee, you can get a bus absolutely free & they come every few minutes. Overall, a great deal for what it is and where it's at. However, if you're looking to stay in London for more than a night, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

A short shuttle ride from the LHR terminals 1 and 3. Cost 7 pounds return.Service every half hour. Clean bright, well-equipped , room with all the usual amenities plus trouser press and heated towel rails. Would definitely use again

The room was spacious and very close to the airport. I did think that they should offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, especially since patrons are getting up early for flights and could use a cup.

Carpets and chairs looked as if they had never been cleaned in years. Local phone call prices exxorbitant, Convenient location. Must be able to do better than this.

Counter service is very helpful, hotel shuttle only charged 4.5 pounds while airport shuttle charges 7 pounds p/p. Breakfast and internet is very expensive, internet charged 6 pounds per hour. Hotel is quite old, hot/cold water from basin faucet is hard to balance.

設備に関しては問題なし。レンタカーのＡvisまで歩いていけるのが良かった。朝食代が高かったので朝食つきのプランにしておけば良かったです。

A clean, comfortable hotel with very easy access to Heathrow Airport. Very helpful staff, who went out of their way to help guests arrange airport transfers at the best prices (note to other guests, use the Hotel Hopper bus, as taxi fares are hugely inflated). The only downside was hearing people arriving and leaving at all hours, but to be expected at an airport hotel. A great hotel for the price we paid, with everything you need for a short-term stay. We would definitely stay again if ever travelling through Heathrow.

Hotel has small rooms compared to what is advertised on the website and there is no microwave or fridge in the rooms. Internet is not free, you have to pay 15 pounds to use internet or 1 day and 6 pounds if you want to use the laptop in the lobby for 1 hour. To use the personal electric devices like shavers and hair dryers /straightners the room wall plugs were not working and the hotel asks for a 6pound deposit to use their adapter so you can use your electric devices. Very disappointing experience as rooms are small and they try to charge you for every service as internet and wall adapters. I also think that hotel should allow you to extend your stay at the same price if desired. Internet should be free, rooms should have microwave and fridge so people can keep little snacks as there are no stores in walking distance. We had to go to the lobby to have the baby feeder warm as there is no microwave in the room. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

部屋は広く清潔で申し分なかったが、夜中に掃除機の音がうるさく眠れなかった。近辺に店がない。

I know it would be hard, but with the arrival and leaving times, if a floor could be given to similar times, as I was awake most of the night with movement in and out, I spoke to a few others and they had the same sleepless night, other than that the stay was good
