optisch ein sehr schönes Hotel,allerdings sind die Zimmer so klein , das man übers Bett steigen muss um auf die andere Seite des Zimmers zu gelangen.mehr als eine kleine Tasche sollte man nicht dabeihaben, da ansonsten der Platz noch problematischer wird. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, das Fenster war kaputt, die Raüme vollkommen überheizt. Obwohl man versprochen hat sich um die Klimaanlage zu kümmern hatte ich den Eindruck, das man garnichts gemacht hat .

Für Londoner Verhältnisse bietet das Hotel ein top Preis-Leisungsverhältnis. Es ist sehr sauber. Von Paddington-Station zu Fuss max 5 min entfernt. Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer - wenn die Person im Nachbarzimmer duscht, den Fernseher auch nur leise anmacht, man hört jedes kleine Geräusch. Desweiteren sollte man berücksichtigen, dass vor allem das Bad wirklich winzig ist. Bei Übergewicht ist die kleine Duschgelegenheit wahrscheinlich nicht mehr begehbar, zumindest könnte man, falls man es mit viel Einsatz schaffen sollte in die Dusche zu gelangen, die Türen nicht schliessen können. Wenn Sie allerdings lediglich eine günstige, saubere Unterkunft in zentraler Lage möchten, morgens früh unterwegs sind und als Frau maximal Konfektionsgrösse 38 haben, werden Sie mit Sicherheit sehr zufrieden sein.

It was the third time at this hotel and I found the location great, next to Paddington Station and close to Nothing Hill. The staff is always nice and ready to help at all time. Eventhought the room are a bit small they are well decorated, maintain and clean. I am looking forward to go again.

The hotel in general is pretty good. Convenient location. Good price. Rooms are small but nice, clean. You want to request a room where the window faces outside, where fresh air can come in. Our first room had a window that looked out at the interior of the hotel. It got a bit claustrophobic. The staff isn't very good at recommending places to eat. So if they only tell you McDonalds and KFC are close, don't listen to them. There are other good places (pubs/indian/fine dining) blocks away from the hotel. I recommend the hotel but w/ the above warnings. And book at your own risk as both times we were checking in, other customers arrived and their bookings were completely lost. Other reviews here have mentioned this. We lucked out. But the lost bookings thing is real. And seemed like a real bummer if it happens to you.

I was in town for 36 hours and was not in my hotel room for long periods of time. The standard double bed room very small but I am also very small and only had one large luggage roller. If you are traveling with a companion I am not sure there is enough room to move with 2 people. I was barely able to walk around. Especially in the shower-it was coffin sized. I am 5'4 and 125 lbs so I am not sure how a grown man would do in this hotel. The location is impeccable. SUPER close to Paddington station. I was alone and this was my first time in London. I got around with no problems and found this hotel very easy to find. There are a bunch of similar boutique-ish hotels on the same street so all you have to do is walk down Essex place and you will find this hotel. If I had to come back, alone, I would totally stay here given the location. If I come back for pleasure with a companion, I'll stay in a much bigger hotel room and pay the price.

Great value for London. Rooms are small but clean. I have stayed at this hotel (and Shaftesbury in general about 6 or 7 times), so guess the value keeps me coming back. Plus is the free internet. Bad is the expensive breakfast, but you can get a good breakfast closeby in many places. I will stay here again.

The place is in a nice locattion close to Paddington and in a nice neighborhood. clean but very very small rooms. If you are looking for a bargain you need to deal with the small nature of hotels like this. and remember everything in europe is SMALL

Good location which is very close to Paddington Station. At check in I was advised that breakfast was not included - I specifically made sure when I booked the rooms that breakfast was included so pointed out that it was. I was then told I had been charged too much by RatesToGo and this could not be refunded. The room. I had read the reviews saying the rooms were small - I assumed this was an exaggeration. The rooms are tiny. There is approximately 12 inches between the bed and the wall at the side and bottom. If you weigh more than 80 kg you will not fit in the shower. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are extremely small. Wont be back.

Heathrow Expressの終着、LondonのPaddington駅から歩いて5分位と荷物があってもタクシーを必要としない便利な場所にある。 部屋は狭く、トランクを開く場所にも困るくらいだが、清潔で設備も悪くない。Marble ArchのHERTZレンタカーまでも歩いて5分位で場所の便利さを優先するなら悪くないホテル。

Le reproche que l'on peut faire à la direction de l'hôtel c'est que le personnel que parle que l'anglais et pas tous les touristes parlent anglais..... La chambre est petite par rapport à la photo et la salle de bains minuscule. A part cela le séjour (3 nuits) a été très agréable.
