Noisy hallways
This hotel is not very soundproof. We were kept awake by people coming and going at all hours due to the fact that the room did not block hallway noise. Internet in business center in lobby is not free.

Nice place to stay in London
The Sidney Hotel was a great value for the money. The room was typical of London and very tiny. The bathroom was barely the size of a closet. The room could have been a little cleaner with more attention given to detail. Still, all in all the room had everything that was needed and was quite satisfactory. You don't come to London to sit around in your room. The staff was helpful and offered several useful suggestions. The English breakfast was small, but had a decent variety and we left satisfied every morning. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and worry free. The location was excellent with easy access to Victoria Rail Station and the Victoria Line underground. I would gladly stay at the Sidney Hotel the next time I visit London.
