- The Brasserie
- Adjacent to the Park restaurant on the ground floor, the Brasserie is bright and airy, and provides our guests with a relaxed and informal dining option. Full Irish and Continental breakfast is served here daily from 7.00am 10.00am, and 7:00am - 11:00am on weekends and bank holidays. Carvery Lunch is served from 12:30pm - 3pm (Mon-Fri) and from 12:30pm - 5pm (Sat/Sun). There is a table d'hote dinner menu available each evening.

- 'The Park' is Castleknock Hotel's premier steak restaurant open nightly from 6.30pm. Upon entering 'The Park', guests will be impressed with the elegant ambience of candlelit tables, stunning decor with parkland and lake views of the hotel's golf course and gardens. With seating for up to 60 guests, the restaurant offers an exquisite a la carte menu complemented by an extensive wine list.
Although 'The Park' is primarily a Steak Restaurant, the menu also offers a selection of fish and alternative meat dishes as well as a vegetarian option with the Chef's subtle enhancements. It is the ideal location for that special occasion or simply an enjoyable meal with friends. Our professional staff will ensure that you have a dining experience to remember. - Fionn Uisce Bar
- This contemporary bar is located just off the main hotel lobby, and looks out onto the magnificent Castleknock countryside and lake views of the golf course. Fionn Uisce Bar is an ideal place to meet friends for a casual drink and grab some lunch, sip an aperitif before dinner or mull over a coffee and watch the world go by. Fionn Uisce has a very tasty and imaginative bar menu available from 12.30pm to 6pm daily with a range of hot and cold snacks and sandwiches, along with healthy salads and tasty daily specials. Upscale relaxing ambiance
Very nice hotel with helpful friendly customer service..good sized rooms.... comfy beds...would stay again and reccomend to others. It is about a 30-45 minute drive into Dublin.

Nice and easy
The hotel stay was great. Staff was great and food was good. Drinks were okay and not served quickly but okay. Beds were comfy-cozy. All went well. The hotel was far from town...inconvenient.

Castleknock Hotel And Country Club
Definitely not a four star hotel, as advertised. Rooms are hot, and the bed only has a down comforter on it - no top sheet or light blanket, so you are either too hot or too cold at night. Wash cloths were not provided in bathroom - we had to ask for them every day, otherwise, the housekeeping staff would remove and not replace them. The restaurant was outrageously expensive, and the food was mediocre. Wi-fi did not work in the room, however, we were able to connect to the Internet via a cable provided by the hotel, and Internet access was free. Carpet in hallways was filthy, but the room was clean. Hotel is a little out of the way - 8 miles from the city center, but parking is free - parking in Dublin is VERY expensive. Overall, a good value, but if you are expecting a four star hotel, go elsewhere.

25th Anniversary Couple
The Best Hotel for Couples or Families"
The Castleknock Hotel and Country Club is a gorgeous hotel located in Castleknock, Dublin. It is located on a golf course and the surroundings are beautiful. The interior of the hotel is clean and modern and well kept. The leisure center is great and we enjoyed several evening swims and whirlpool. The restaurant has delicious food and the staff is superb. We enjoyed evening cocktails in a lounge area. We used their internet service which does require euro's to pay for the time used. The entire hotel staff are professional and very helpful. We loved every moment of our 9 night stay. Since we did not rent a car we had to use taxi service to take us to the Consilla train station to travel into Dublin. It was a short train ride. It would probably have been nice to have the hotel provide this service but we didn't mind using the taxi. We enjoyed meeting the taxi driver's and their suggestions on things to do or see while visiting. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to everyone. Infact, we will return to the Castleknock Hotel and Country Club on our next visit to Ireland

me and my girlfriend stayed here
me and my girlfriend stayed here on saturday night.the staff are very nice and friendly.we had dinner in the restaurant and the meal was 100 per cent, beautiful!the rooms was lovely, very warm and clean.i would recommend anyboby too stay in this hotel
