We were in a room with lake view
We were in a room with lake view and Balcony and it was amazing! The room what super nice, the bathroom very nice as well, but the view was what did it for me! Also if you book there don't miss their restaurant the imperialino,,,the food was really amazing!

If you're American... don't stay here
The room we booked was supposed to have a balcony and it didn't- so we were told for another 25 Euros we could upgrade to a room with a balcony - and we did... meaning we were no longer in the old Italian quaint part of the hotel, but rather in the Modern/Trendy part of the hotel... this wasn't as romantic since you practically share a balcony with your neighbor. Moltrasio is not a happening city as they make it seem ... there are 7 restaurants within walking distance - 3 at the hotel and 3 at the neigboring hotel and one beach bar with inconsistent hours, but great food. There is little to no nightlife. The staff wasn't well versed in English, so if you don't speak Italian, don't stay here - they also get very aggrivated when you don't speak the language. For the price of this hotel - stay in Como or Cernobio... they're much livlier and friendlier than this small town. The hotel also doesn't have a look to it like the pictures on their website - on the website it looks very pristine and established. I think this has been photoshopped to remove graffiti and the other buildings which block this "view" from the lake. We had constant problems with the TV and the power went out 3 times during our stay.

great hotel in Lake Como, Italy
The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. the hotel is lovely. Beautiful setting right on Lake Como.

Petit déjeuner buffet mal alimienté
Petit déjeuner buffet mal alimienté le 1er matin avec un perrsonnel peu convaincu de la situation, malgré une arrivée plus de quinze minutes avant la fermeture. Offre de restauration pas assez variée. Ce séjour est notre deuxième passage dans cet hotel.
