Centrale B&B Naples

Not exactly as presented in photo. B&B is not the sole occupant of building. Location is less than desirable and we felt unsafe. We arrived late at night and the front door was locked with the sign light out. Access was gained via an intercom phone after several attempts. 3 keys were provided one for access to the building from the street, one to access the 3rd floor apartment where our room was located and one to the suite itself. The"suite" was a good size and as pictured on the website. The bathroom was ramshackle, reeking of mould, paint was peeling from the walls, the light fixture dangled from a wire at the ceiling. The toilet and sink were clean. The shower was barely functional. The suite's draperies were covered in dust and surfaces in the room were dusty.The bed and linens were clean despite the cigarette burns on the bed coverlet. The room phone and hallway phone to the lobby on the main floor were not working. The elevator appeared communal and was coin operated. The breakfast room was the lobby, which was miniscule and could accommodate only 2 tiny tables with 2 chairs each. There was a ledge on the wall at which 2 people could sit on stools. We vacated after breakfast taking the financial hit just to be out of there! We were offered another room however given this bad experience and the neighborhood, we wanted a hotel so that we had access to a restaurant rather than be walking the street after dark.

It is very near the train station but naples itself is a very dangerous city as there r lots of blacks people. The staffs are very friendly and can speak simple english. It's a very new hotel so it's very clean and big. It is very near to all tourist attractions. You could also take a train ride to visit pompei which is very beautiful and sorrento for it's clear beach.

No informacion turistica ni plano de Napole. Desayuno café pequeño y bollo envasado en la pequeña recepcion. Muy ruidoso

Very friendly manager who provided great informations. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Provided my wife and I a sense of security in Napoli.

Large room, separated from the reception. The breakfast is not too much.

We had a great stay here and the staff were exceptional. Vasso is to be commended on her helpfulness. Unfortunately the shower leaked with the water system they used. Close to everything and very secure. Great value.

This hotel is very close to the main train station which is what we wanted but its not a good area and you do need to be aware of this.The hotel is via a locked main door off the street and once inside it felt very secure the room was lovely and large with a bathroom plus extra bedroom we were really pleased with our choice which also included a basic breakfast we stayed one night as we went to Pompeii but as much as I liked the hotel I wouldn't want to stay in that area for very long.

少し見つけにくい場所にありますが、部屋は清潔で対応も親切です。朝食はフロントにて、コーヒーと袋入りのクロワッサン。 いつもではないと思いますが、僕が泊まった日はシャワーの排水溝の流れがよくありませんでした。 またナポリを訪れた際はここに泊まりたいですね。

Very good quality/price ratio and really well located. Not a typical hotel, rather a large apartment converted to hotel, but surprisingly nice and comfortable. Definitely a recommendation!

レセプションの女性は非常に感じがよいです。朝食はシンプルですが、狭いのでしょうがないと思います。地図が間違っていて、かなり彷徨ったのがかなり問題でしたが、部屋は素敵です。
