Try this hotel
Quite near the main train station. Modern American style hotel - we needed a break from a crazy hotel in Rome the past 2 nites. Nice breakfast setup, and free internet in the lobby. Very convenient to all of the city's sites, including nearby Pompeii train.

Situé à environ 200m derrière la gare centrale, pratique pour prendre les différents transports. Hôtel non bruyant, propre et agréable. Beau buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Hôtesse parlant français. Je le conseil

Safe Travels
I booked this hotel as somewhere to stay to take a day trip to Pompei and Sorrento. It was so close to the train station it was very convenient. The staff was very welcoming and their chocolate and nutella cake was delicious.

駅から近かったが、夜はあたりが暗い。それと大きな荷物を持って
駅から近かったが、夜はあたりが暗い。それと大きな荷物を持ってホテルの前の道路を渡るのが大変。 朝食はまあまあ。つかれていたので外に出なかったが、ホテルの夜の食事（メニューは多くなかった）はおいしかった。 部屋は清潔。 メイドさんが丁寧。（ちょうど地震のニュースで私たちも落ち込んでいたけどわからないながらも廊下であったら日本のことを心配していると心から言ってくれた。 その気持ちがうれしかった。

nice hotel
Hotel is located near main train station with fast trains for any destination in Italy. Opposite the hotel you can grab the circumvesuviana trains that will take you to Sorrento and other gulf destinations. The area is not nice and bit scary at night but not really unsafe if you use normal precautions and common sense. Hotel is a good value for price paid. I have been here before and would reccomend it.

Disaster in Naples
Complete Disaster!
While the front desk staff we most friendly, we ended up in a room located in the back, on the same floor as the conference center. It felt like an old storage room with a bathroom, no air condition, stale air, no windows. Also loved being solicited by prostitutes as we were unloading our luggage. I would most certainly avoid this hotel in the future.

Good Hotel
The hotel is great, with big comfortable big rooms. As others have reviewed, they are sometimes understaffed. Location is convenient, despite being in a messy neighborhood.

Safe and welcoming
A nice hotel but it's not in a great neighborhood even though it's only a few minutes from the train station. I would definitely look at other hotels in the area that would probably be better value for money.
