Bettoja Nord Nuova Roma Hotel Rome

The hotel had no record of us been booked in, but it was soon sorted. Great hotel and very helpful staff, and would re visit.

The hotel was situated perfectly between the Termini Station and Piazza Republica. So close I could actually roll my very heavy bag to and from the station. Although close to the central station it was a safe location so walking back late at night from Piazza Republica was never a problem. The complimentary breakfast was not very appetizing but at least they had good coffee. They claim to have wifi in the rooms but they couldn't get it to work in my room for the 4 days I was there and other guests had the same problem. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Considering how expensive hotels are in Rome, this one is a pretty good deal.

This hotel was about a block from the Temini train station and was a great location! Rooms were small and expensive (like all of Europe) but well equiped and the included breakfast was very nice. Lots of sights were within walking distance.

The service is impeccable, the reception staff was so kind to upgrade me to bigger room when he saw me and my wife with kids and lots of luggage in tow. The location is also spendid, just a few mins to the Termini train station. I will most likely go back to this hotel when I return to Rome!

Small but comfortable and clean rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Very convenient to trains, Metro and buses. Hop on Hop off bus stop just a few minutes away. Nice rooftop terrace bar but don't order anything to eat there as it is just frozen microwaved food.

Hotel is conveniently located to train station. Room was clean, size was adequate and beds were satisfactory. However, we were unable to get a good night's sleep due to several factors--some beyond the hotel's control. Several youths were staying in the hotel. Doors were slamming and there were loud conversations in the hallways until early in the morning. The rooms are by no means sound proofed. The air conditioning did not appear to work requiring us to leave the windows open and hear the outside traffic. The desk staff was not very helpful to help us find a restaurant we had heard about. Their reponse was: There are many restaurants in Rome. They sent us to a high priced restaurant in their sister hotel down the street. We did return for a later stay which was much quieter and the air conditioner worked in this room.
