- Green Room
- The king-size bed in this uniquely designed bedroom has a wooden head piece made to look like a big bush, all hand cut and painted by Fagiano, an eclectical Sardinian artist. The curtains are in Indian silk and there is a hand basin hidden in an antique piece of furniture. This room can have an extra bed added. The en-suite bathroom has a shower.
- Pink Room
- The Pink room is the first room as you enter our Rome boutique guesthouse located only meters from the Spanish Steps. It has a large window with a pretty view and the bedspread and striped curtains are in elegant pink silky fabrics from Paris. Our Rome guesthouse has wi-fi internet throughout. The bathroom is en-suite with shower and tub, and is all in shades of pink.
- White Room
- This pretty accommodation faces the most ancient pharmacy in Rome on via Capo le Case, also just a stone throw away from Rome Spanish Steps. This fresh bedroom is all decorated in black and white toile de Jouy with red trimmings. It features a queen size canopy bed and a modern design glass and stainless steel micro hand basin. The private bathroom with shower is down the corridor and it is in matching B&W colors.
- Blue Room
- This uniquely designed room with two big windows has a pretty view, if you lean out you can see the obelisc topped with the Madonna in Piazza di Spagna (Rome Spanish Steps).The fabrics are in toile de Jouy and check pattern, all from Paris, in the colour pale blue and cream. There is a modern glass and steel iron hand basin. The private bathroom with shower for the Blue Room is down the corridor, and is in shades of pale blue. We provide kimonos and slippers for your comfort.
- Chinese Room
- This exotic and glamorous room has crimson Shanghai Tang silk curtains and a Chinese print brocade bedspread. It is a small, cosy and romantic bedroom, and has high wooden-beamed ceilings and parquet floors. In one corner of the room there is an amusing ancient wooden tea leaf container turned into a wash basin. The private bathroom is down the corridor and the Turkish Hammam bath (steam bath) is attached to it (the use of the Hammam costs 25 Euro).

Great value
Do not expect to find a sign on the building, as this guest house is a large flat converted into 5 guest rooms, 2 of which are en-suite, the other 3 have their own private bathrooms located in a hallway at the far end of the flat. Make sure you ask for an en-suite if you don't want to travel back and forth between the bedroom and your designated bathroom. However, this is the only inconvenience we experienced. Each room, including bathroom, has its own decor/theme and is tastefully furnished. We loved our Moroccan style bathroom!!! We also upgraded our bedroom from the Chinese room to the Blue room for extra floor space to accommodate our luggage when we checked in. Location is great, 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps, Fountain of Tivoli.

Allez y sans hésiter!
Une situation idéale dans Rome à 1 minute de la Piazza di Spagna (métro) et 5 minutes à pieds de la Fontaine de Trevi et du Panthéon. Un parking également à 5 minutes à pieds à la villa Borghese (18€ la journée). L'hotel est très calme et dispose de 5 chambres environ décorées dans un style baroque (très romantique) Le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le prix il faut ajouter 10€ mais la chambre dispose d'une bouilloire électrique et du thé et café sont a disposition. S'il faut chercher le bémol alors la SdB qui n'est pas dans la chambre mais au bout du couloir. Mais ce n'est pas génant car à chaque chambre est attribué une SdB avec une clé personnelle: ne vous arretez donc pas à cela! Cristia la responsable (qui parle anglais) est très accueillante et à votre entière disposition. Je vous conseille vivement cet hôtel vous ne le regretterez pas!
