Eliseo Hotel Rome

This hotel is small and cozy. And yes, the barman is nice and super friendly. Don't expect all the comforts you would get from the big chains (cotton sheets, big pillows, comfy bed, nice tv, etc.) but if you are just looking for a clean place to sleep that is close to all of the tourist attractions and within walking distance to most. Just up the hill from the Spanish Steps and close to the Villa Borghese. Room was small but the breakfast included for the price is on the top of the hotel with a nice view and a great way to start the day.

D'aspect un peu vieillot tant en façade qu'à l'intérieur, l'hôtel reste agréable et calme. La chambre, coté parc, n'était pas spacieuse, mais correcte et la salle de bain (douche) suffisante. Le plus, est la salle du petit déjeuner avec sa vue imprenable sur la ville et les jardins. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet, très correct. Personnel de l'hôtel accueillant.

Hôtel bien localisé près de la place Barberini et Spagna. Chambre confortable. Petit déjeuner excellent en terrasse avec vue sur Saint Pierre.

Hotel bien situé, donnant sur le parc Borghese à 1/2h à pied de la gare, 5mn de la place d'Espagne, 10mn de la Fontaine de Trévi. Si vous n'aimez pas marcher, il y a un petit bus électrique très pratique, fonctionnant jour et nuit juste devant la porte de l'hotel. Les salons sont plutôt haut de gamme, la salle du petit déjeuner également avec vue sur le Vatican; petit déjeuner buffet copieux, varié et de bonne qualité. Nous avons cependant été un peu déçus par la chambre qui ne correspondait pas aux photos:petite, un peu vieillotte mais très calme.

Stayed at hotel Eliseo for four nights in February. The view from the breakfast room was fantastic and the selection of foods was excellent.The room itself was small enough but the bed was big and the bathroom was a nice size.The room was very clean.The bar man Santino was a real gentleman and is an asset to the hotel.he recommended places to eat and places to see.we were able to walk to everything from the hotel , it is located only a few minutes from the Spanish Steps.

I love the Eliseo hotel! The staff goes above and beyond expectations, always warm and helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The breakfast on the top floor is not only delicious, but also offers a tremendously spectacular view of Rome! The hotel is just a short walk to the Spanish steps, the trevy fountain, train staion as well as the largest park in Rome. Not only would I recommend this hotel, but it is the ONLY place I stay when in Rome!

This hotel had a nice location with relatively easy access to bus service to metro or within a short walk. Nice area within walking to Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. Good breakfast selection with a nice view of the city from the top floor. Rooms were average size for European accommodations and relatively comfortable. Hot water flow needed to be adjusted occasionally, but was plenty of hot water. No real amenities at the hotel itself, but felt it was a great value.

The staff was exceptional. Friendly and knows what you need before you even ask. The only problem we had were the beds were a little hard, but that is normal among most hotels.

Room was a little smaller than expected but it in no way detracted from the experience. Staff were courteous and helpful. Great breakfast room located at roof level - nice way to wake up to the cityscape. Hotel located at the top of a hill so be prepared for a daily exercise. All areas within sensible walking distance
