My experience in Esposizione hotel

The location of the Hotel is the biggest advantage of the Hotel, I wanted to turn on the Air condition in order to warm up the room but i was told that the Air condition is working starting from May. Although I Payed the Room in advanced the Hotel stuff at the reception didn't find any record for my payment and I was forced to pay again! now i'm trying to get my money back.
