I couldn't find the hotel and had to stay at a different hotel as the other review stated. Don't stay at this hotel due to it does not exist.

very frustrating
I was unable to contact the owner by phone, as the website suggested; there was no answer (multiple tires). I finally just went to the location under which the hotel was listed. There was no answer at the door of what appeared to be an apartment complex. The neighbor that came out had no idea how to get a hold of the owners. I went in and tried to take the D elevator up to the location but it was again locked with no answer. Finally, after so long with no response, I had to just go to another hotel. When trying to get a rebate (as the owner of this "no response" hotel still charged me), the person that did answer the phone refused to speak in English[...]. Very disappointing.

The location was excellent, very very close to the Termini station. The breakfast was enough and good, they were cleaning the room every day. We had hot water at the shower all the time. The place was comfortable and nice. If the scope of the trip is to visit Rome and not to spend too much time on the room, I think it's a good solution for the low budget.
