Imperiale Hotel Rome

Ce séjour n'était pas notre premier séjour à Rome et nous avons donc très fortement apprécié le positionnement centré et pratique de cet hôtel, son calme (côté cour), le chaleureux accueil du personnel à l'écoute des clients près à renseigner, conseiller... Le look n'est pas "hyper branché" mais son confort, son buffet du petit déjeuner et sa proximité de tout y compris du métro en font une adresse à conserver pour y retourner.

The Imperiale Hotel in Rome was certainly not a 4 star hotel and certainly not what we expected from a hotel on the Via Veneto. I would give it 3 stars. It was convenient to many Rome attractions - the Spanish Steps, Fontana de Trevi and shopping but it was definitely in need of an update. The decor was a bit worn and old looking. The hotel staff not very friendly. Our room faced an inner courtyard and had a small balcony but the hotel was in the midst of some renovation so there was constant noise all day from jackhammers, concrete mixers and the like. In fact, we woke up each morning about 7:30 to this noise. Although the location and breakfast was good, i would not recommend the Imperiale Hotel to others.

This hotel is the best I've stayed in in Rome. The rooms are of a decent size, the bathrooms are big, and the inside of the hotel can only be described as regal. The location is perfect, right near the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, as well as next to a metro station. So the attractions farther away can easily be accessed by metro. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Rome!

ホテルの朝食は品数も豊富で美味しかったです。場所は良い所にあるのですが、夜は少し寂しく一人歩きは避けた方が無難だと思います。

When we checked in we got a room that smelt like someone had been smoking..... we aired the room but later that night discovered that it was the AirConditioning unit that made the smell. We requested another room and got not only a better smelling room but the bathroom was not the size of a broom cupboard. The beds were uncomfortable and hard (in both rooms) and overall the hotel was not near the main attractions it claimed to be. We will never stay in this hotel again.

muy bien ubicado,cerca de todo; la atencion es exelente los cuartos un poco chicos pero nada molesto y si hay algun problema tratan de solucionarlo sin tardar en un lugar calmo, aun estando cerca de todo volveria sin dudar

Très bon Hotel, nous avons pass&é un très bon séjour je le recommnde à tout le monde.

the sound-proofing of the rooms is not very good, a lot of noise from the corridors and adjacent rooms. On the other hand, the location is perfect.
