not a good experience
We were forced by circumstances, loud sound of running water all night, to change rooms on the first night at 04.00 in the morning. Changed to a much smaller room but no apologies or compensation. This set the tone for our stay at this hotel.

Unbeatable for the Price
Easy to get to Rome attractions by bus and Metro Staff could not find reservation initially but after locating were excellent. Even got an upgrade and in the end room was behond expectations. Would recommend a visit here.

Per una permaneza più lunga di due giorni avrei gradito maggiore cortesia del personale, prezzo del garage adeguato (ho pagato per questo 10 Euro al giorno...), una pulizia più accurata.

nice staff, nice breakfest
Nice staff, esp breakfest brunette waitress. Hotel rooms not soundproof, breakfest nice, except for eggs. Easygoing staff, location not best need at least 2 buses to make it there or bus and metro combo. But bus service pretty regular, actually ok. train is option if you are going to suburbs of rome. Internet is a ripoff...

The hotel does not have facilities
The hotel does not have facilities as a 4 star hotel at all: a little tv, poor drink bar in the room, limited air condition used, old wc-door, no free water at all ... a plus: hotel has very good and rich breakfast.

Great value
Nice size rooms for a fantastic, almost unheard of low price. Management was very helpful. It's pretty quiet. It's not too much off the beaten path; only two connections from the train station (Roma Termini) to the hotel. The downsides: buses on the hotel route may take forever to finally show up (be patient); and there are very few restaurants in the area.

Don't take the taxis if you arrive at Roma Termini. They cost 50 euros. For one euro per person, take the subway/bus route. (I have to admit that for me learning the public transportation system, and mingling with other riders, are part of the European experience.)
