Das Hotel liegt ideal im Zentrum von Rom und ist einfach mit dem Zug oder der Metro erreichbar. Bis zum Bahnhof Termini sind es vom Hotel aus rund 700 m. Zum Flughafen Rom-Ciampino sind etwa 15 km, und bis zum Flughafen Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino sind es rund 41 km.
Ausstattung:
Das Haus im Zentrum von Rom ist ein neues Hotel mit revolutionärem Konzept. Ein komplett an die Wünsche der Kunden anpassbares Angebot für moderne Reisende, die zu günstigen Preisen alle Annehmlichkeiten eines 4-Sterne-Hotels zur Auswahl haben wollen. Im gesamten Hotel kann der DSL-WLAN-Internetzugang kostenfrei genutzt werden. Das Hotel mit insgesamt 88 Zimmern wurde 2010 renoviert, ist klimatisiert und begrüßt seine Gäste in einem Empfangsbereich mit 24h-Rezeption mit Check-out-Service. Weitere Einrichtungen für die Gäste sind eine Wechselstube, eine Garderobe, Aufzug und ein Frühstücksraum.
Zimmer:
Die modernen und funktionalen Zimmer sind so gestaltet, dass sie ein Höchstmaß an Komfort bieten, sowohl Geschäftsreisenden als auch Urlaubern. Alle Zimmer verfügen über ein Sat.-TV mit Flachbildschirm, kostenlosen DSL-WLAN-Internetzugang und einen Minikühlschrank, in dem alle Snacks und Getränke kühl und frisch bleiben. Das eigene Badezimmer bietet eine Badewanne oder eine Dusche sowie einen Haartrockner und kostenlose Toilettenartikel. Alle Zimmer sind entweder mit Doppel- oder Kingsize-Betten ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind mit einem Direktwahltelefon, einem Radio, einem Safe und einer individuell regulierbaren Klimaanlage und Heizung ausgestattet.
Sport/Entertainment:
Das Hotel bietet eine große Terrasse, die immer geöffnet hat. Dort können die Gäste eine Kleinigkeit essen oder einfach nur ausspannen, Tag und Nacht. Für Kinder steht ein Spielbereich zur Verfügung, zudem gibt es eine Bar mit Selbstbedienung, an der günstige Snacks und Getränke erhältlich sind. Das Hotel bietet zusätzlich einen Fitnessbereich und eine Sauna.
Verpflegung:
Das Frühstücksbuffet kann auf der rund 400 qm großen, zum Teil überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf die Oper und die Dächer von Rom genossen werden. An den Automaten, die im Hotel verteilt sind, bekommen die Gäste Kaffee, Wasser, Sandwiches, Snacks, Getränke und vieles mehr.

Vom Flughafen Fiumicino (FCO) aus erreichen die Gäste das Hotel mit dem Leonardo-Express-Zug. Die Fahrt zum Bahnhof Termini dauert ca. 35 min. Vom Flughafen Ciampino (CIA) aus nehmen Sie den Bus zum Bahnhof Ciampino. Alle 15 min fahren Züge zum Bahnhof Termini.

A great stay
Hotel was great! Room was clean and modern, great internet connection (they gave us 5 passcodes for all of our various devices). Hotel staff was great and there was a gym and a laundry! Parking was off-site but behind the hotel, so no issue. Close walk to most everything. I would stay here again.

Awesome stay!
Our three night stay at the iQ was perfect - the staff was very helpful and nice, and the rooms were absolutely spotless. The location of the hotel is PERFECT! Literally a 10-15 walk to anything, and a vet short jaunt to Termini. Many restaurants in the area, and easy to find a cab. The breakfast was fanastic for the price and what you get.. impossible to find in the area for the price. The hotel seems to cater more to American and Western European tourists (everything in English, and things that you would expect to find in American hotels). It reminds me if a skimmed down W Hotel - will definitely stay here again.

Short walk from hotel
Try to avoid eateries w/ menus in English and Italian. They are tourist traps. Trattoria's are key to amazing dining in the city.. don't be lured in by the host/hostesses on the street trying to throw a menu at you to sit down. Also be aware that most places that have outside dining charge a fee to sit there.. always ask to see a menu before you sit down.

Great for tourists!
Great hotel in a wonderful location! Right next to the Opera House, and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and metro. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean rooms. No air conditioning, but a wonderful little balcony. We just left the door open to the balcony for fresh air. Would definitely stay there again!

Location, location, location!
Short walk to Termini train station. Great price and value, excellent cleanliness. Vending machine stock was well priced, availability of washer and dryer a nice asset. Breakfast buffet was decent. A little noisy with the windows open at night but that didn't bothered us after exhausting day trips. Will definitely recommend to others.

iQ Hotel-Rome
Staff was pleasant and courteous. Hotel provided well-designed amenities. Cleanliness of room and common areas was superb. Room size and comfort was severely lacking. Furniture was hard and minimal. Hotel advertised "sofa bed," which was really a fancy roll-away bed. This option came at an significant extra charge. Location was good. With all said, an average experience.

Mini break to Rome
Great location - easily walkable from train station and most of the tourist attractions. Hotel very clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good value at 10 Euros and had an excellent choice of food. We would definitely go back!

If visiting the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palentine Hill book a joint ticket (12 Euros) but pick it up from the Roman Forum as the queues are much shorter

Great Stay
The IQ was a great hotel to stay at during our time in Rome. The rooms were spotless, the hotel modern and new and the service was great. our only comment would be the firmness of the bed- however large, it was quite hard. We would definitely consider another stay next time in Italy. Recommended.
