There's good with the bad
There's nobody at the front desk (or anybody to contact) after 10:00p.m. until 7:00a.m. We had an issue one night: The towel heater pipes were rattling in an unoccupied room during the middle of the night. It was obnoxiously noisy for several hours. The free internet was by the hour and you needed to keep going to the front desk for additional hours. The location was in the newer city and fairly far from the old part of Siena. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast had cold items, but fine.

Short drive from hotel
the old Siena was farther away than anticipated and not so easily to navigate streets to get there. still had to park in a parking garage upon arrival there.

L'albergo si trova in una buona
L'albergo si trova in una buona posizione, a 3 km. dal centro, si parcheggia facilmente l'auto proprio davanti l'entrata, la camera carina, il bagno piccolo ma funzionale, la prima colazione a buffet in una saletta molto bella forse la cosa che più mi è piaciuta, per il resto sono rimasto soddisfatto e all'occorrenza potrei anche ritornarci.

The rooms are quaint but acceptable.
The rooms are quaint but acceptable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The parking system is a nuisance as you need a card to get in, but you are not allowed to keep one. The back entrance needs new lighting.

Trés contente de cet hôtel. très
Trés contente de cet hôtel. très bon emplacement à 10 minutes en bus du centre ville (un arrêt de bus juste à côté). Jolie décor, personnel accueillant. Juste à côté de l'hôtel un restaurant pizzeria avec des plats excellents. L'hôtel est bien indiqué et facile à trouver. Rien a redire. Trop top et tranquille.

In questo hotel ci siamo trovati
In questo hotel ci siamo trovati molto bene: ambiente accogliente e discreto, camera confortevole, personale disponibile e ben informato...molto comodo e valido il ristorante attiguo. Unico neo: se si rientra la sera dopo le ore 22.00 è necessario passare prima per la hall per prelevare la card d'accesso al parcheggio e poi rimetterla a posto. Il disagio è che entrata dell'albergo ed accesso al parcheggio non sono contigui, ma sue due facciate opposte dello stabile. Comunque nulla di grave...lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!!!
