- The hotel diplomatic overlooks the main street via cernala, equipped with useful arcades, which assure a pleasant walk in any weather condition. Any mean of transport guest will choose to reach turin, with the arrival at the hotel is comfortable thanks to the proximity to the airport terminal, to the railway station (tornio porta susa), to the underground station and thanks to its inside garage with entrance leading to the hall. Within close proximity is one of the main pedestrian precincts of the city, rich in shops and cinemas. The most important museums and theatres are within easy walking distance. Decent hotel
Some staff were pleasant, the manager was unhelpful and rude. Hotel rooms were adequate but rather small. It was a distance to various sites but near the subway. Breakfast was adequate but not great.

The hotel is located very close to the Metro. Free internet access. The staff are not that friendly. The breakfast is good enough.

The hotel staff were tremendous, but the room had a few problems including a non functioning hairdryer. Breakfast was average but plentiful. Good location

You'd expect a little more for
You'd expect a little more for a 4* hotel - though not overly pricey, the room wasn't spacious, the decor wasn't impressive and the breakfast only average. However, the hotel has a reasonably good location going for it, and decent service. Somewhere between a 3* and 4*
