Besonders empfehlenswert für Venedigreisende, die kostengünstig auf hohem Niveau den teuren und eher mangelhaften Quartieren in Venedig-Stadt entkommen wollen. Lage direkt vor dem Hauptbahnhof und Bushaltestelle für den kurzen Weg zur Piazzale Roma (Venedig) mit allen Vaporetto-Anschlüssen. Venedig-Tages- und Mehrtageskarten gelten bereits für den Bus.

Great for stay after cruise
We disembarked from a cruise in Venice and were looking for a hotel on the mainland to stay at for one night prior to flying home. This hotel fit our needs perfectly! For 4 of us plus luggage, it was a 32 Euro cab ride from the cruise terminal. The room was fairly spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was quite nice. The front desk staff was very helpful when it came to answering questions regarding getting to/from the island of Venice, as well as getting to the airport. After checking in, we had some time for sightseeing in Venice. Located just across the street from the Mestre train station, it was super easy to get to the island and back (10-15 minute train ride, 1.20 Euro per person each way). As for getting to the airport, that was easy as well. The hotel is located just across the street from an airport shuttle bus stop (20 minute drive, 5 Euro per person with luggage).

bon accueil, idéalement situé pour les transports vers venise, hotel confortable, petits déjeuner correct bon restaurant dans l'hotel ( soul kitchen ) à recommandé car très bon et peu honéreux

Great Location
This is a great location as it is steps away from Mestre railway station. Very convenient to stay here and take a train or bus to go to Venice. No need to carry the heavy baggage and climb the very many bridges and the two or three floor high stairways of the hotels in Venice!

The hotel was excellent, location
The hotel was excellent, location was directly opposite the Mestre Railway Station. The bus stop, accross the causway to Venice, was outside the hotel. Very convenient. The breakfast was good with a reasonable variety of food. We had a lovely big room. Very clean and tidy.

Clean convenient distance to venice by bus or hop on the train to go to Florence and Rome. I really appreciate their great breakfast service. It was an experience I will always remember. Thanks.

Plaza Hotel knows how to please!
Staff is very helpful and attentive. They know how to handle cruise customers and general tourists. Their breakfast buffet is excellent with great coffee. Very clean, nice rooms. Location is central. [...] is awesome!

Great Value Good location
The hotel staff spoke english and were very friendly and willing to assit with anything we needed. The location is a 10 min bus ride to Venice which cost only 2 euro. I room was clean and and quiet. The price for this hotel was fair. I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.
