Central convenient location
Very nice central location, walking distance to the twin tower and right behind the Pavilion Shopping Mall. It is right where all the actions are, with many late night eateries and walking distance to the evening food market. Breakfast was OK.

Disappointing KL Experience
On arrival,the reception staff were arrogant and unfriendly.I got the feeling,because it was a deal,I was a 2nd rate customer,however room service were fine.The hotel is tired and needs a face lift and the room was not clean - it was not a great experience.

Nice hotel , shame about the wifi
This was a nice hotel especially at the price paid. Staff were very helpful and room was clean. Breakfast was also very good. The only issue i have is that wifi is only free on executive floors. Come on Novotel, in this day and age - charging to use wifi is quite mean! I wont go back for that reason alone.

Very central but quiet, overlooked
Very central but quiet, overlooked convention centre and Petronas towers yet in other direction had walkway bridge to Bukit Bintang and new Pavillion mall.

The only bad thing is that the bath water was really cold, Not what I expect of a good hotel. Otherwise, it was well-located and the room was big enough for my two kids who had a good time at the pool.

Excellent location. 1 min to Pavilion,
Excellent location. 1 min to Pavilion, 5min to KLCC. But must watch out for the traffic. The bus zoom past us even though the traffic light is in pedestrian favour (green). Breakfast buffet spread was alright. Very yummy croissant. Fresh from the oven. Crispy on the outside, soft in the inside. YUMMY!!! Good services in the restaurant and room cleaning. only 1 complain : The room is small.

FANTASTIC place to stay. VERY
FANTASTIC place to stay. VERY friendly staff. Great location. Good food. WOULD stay here again. Only thing that marred my stay was that I booked & paid for two rooms & hotelclub only sent money for one room! hence having to pay for second room again. But once back home sorted it out with hotelclub and was given refund on second room. Thanks
