Staff was very friendly, entertainment was really good for being part of an all inclusive (except for Broadway night), buffet food was average - - but Marco Polo was excellent.

Nice Resort For The Price
This is a good deal for the price. The food was very good and a real nice assortment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good and safe. The only thing we didn't like was all the steps to get outside to the beach area but the excercise done us good!

Best vacation
It was the best hotel great for kids in the mini club and the entertainment team was the best by the pool. The room was clean the service was good. Alot of food alot of activities all inclusive.

Relaxing, Fun Getaway
There is not one bad thing I can say about this resort. The staff were friendly and available for anything we needed 24-hours a day. The food was absolutely AMAZING, especially Marco Polo! There were plenty of activities for every age. I can not put into words how wonderful the entertainment staff was. They made us feel so welcome and knew us by name. There was a very personal vibe that surrounded the resort. We will definitely be coming back!!

Great stay, great price
Our vacation was pretty close to perfect, The hotel gives you everything they say they will. The food is very good, the only thing I could complain about would be the need to change the menu at the "fancy" restaurant. The people who work there are VERY nice and will do anything for you! We loved our stay at the Royal Solaris!

I have generally good impression, but the hotel is getting older, needs renovation. Rooms and furniture, especially bathrooms needs redecoration.

Overall it is a good resturant for the price, the staff for the room clean and food servie are friendly. The food is good also. It would be great if we do not need pay extra money for the room change because the previous one assigned for us is noisy and some light bulb is broken.

Clean rooms, decent food-Great overall value!
Hey folks- Just returned from a 6 day trip to the RS & were very pleased with the entire trip. Here's the deal- it's simply a great value resort! It's a clean, affordable & fun place with a terrific beach & pool & is a great spot. The staff is great- rooms were very clean, decent fitness rm, the food was pleasant- not 5 Star but decent buffets/restaurants-again a great value. We didn't expect anymore than a great value & were happy. If you have 5 Star tastes and expectations, go pay the 5 Star prices but if you want a great value in Cancun- it's here!

fantastic vacation
i couldn't ask for anything better. the staff was so helpful and always had smile and read to help attitude. we were upgraded to caribe tower and the room was awesome with ocean view. We loved the food and there was plenty to do.

Great hotel, great staff
Very friendly, helpfull people, great looking hotel, clean room, food and drinks were almost all day long, there were activities at the hotel every day. Free internet in the lobby with your laptop.
