Staubsauger sind in diesem Hotel nicht vorhanden, anders ist der Dreck auf dem Boden nicht erklärbar. Sonst war die Sauberkeit aber ok. Trotz der guten Lage ist der Preis einfach zu hoch. Aufgrund des sehr schönen Wetters waren die Hotelzimmer sehr aufgeheizt, aber die Klimaanlage wurde nicht eingeschaltet. Da sich die Fenster nur einen Spalt öffnen ließen, war sehr warm. Das Frühstück zum Sonderpreis von 18,50 pro Person / Tag war ein Freschheit. Rühreier aus der Tüte und billigste Wurst und Käse.

Amsterdam is awesome!
the staff was very friendly. the bed was super comfortable. although, it would have been nice if they changed the sheets daily or at least every other day. on the third night we noticed a strange odor (sewage) and it appeared there was an issue that other people on our floor had noticed as well. it didn't seem to be an issue on the rest of the hotel floors. the location is amazing as you are right down the street from some awesome museums and within walking disctance of so many other attractions.

Great Location
The location of the hotel was great. Housekeeping staff kept the room clean and did a great job. The shower smelled like sewer when not in use and the door leaked onto the floor. The room was small for the cost. It felt as if we paid for location which we were grateful to have.

We enjoyed the Grand Cafe at Leidseplein. We would get there between 3 and 5 in the afternoon and sit outside enjoying the crowds and free entertainment along with something to drink and snack. We also ate a couple of meals here and had good food.

Couples Weekend
The hotel upgraded our room to an executive suite which was really nice. We were on the same side as the busy street and canal but did think was noise was too bad. Just behind the hotel are all the museums. It was a short tram ride to the Anne Frank house and red light district.

Weekend trip
Perfect location. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The dinner cruise across the street was awesome as well. I recommend staying here.

Couples break
We had a room looking over the canal which unfortunately was very noisy at night. Got hardly any sleep the first night, a Friday. Got used to it somewhat but not good for light sleepers like myself. Other than that it was clean enough. Fine stay but def not worth what we paid.
