There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and paid parking is available in private garage. WestCord Art Hotel Amsterdam*** has 5 meeting rooms, and 2 conference suites both with air conditioning and free wireless Internet. Okay Hotel for the price
Okay hotel for the value, it is a little bit of a distance to downtown, but there is a bus stop (Bus #48), in front of the hotel that takes you to downtown. I would like to have been provided a map of the general Amsterdam area for walking purposes, the hotel seem to charge for all these type of items, I have gotten these type of items for free at other hotels

There is a small shopping area a few blocks away, but the grocery store there accepts only cash/debit cards, not credit cards

Hotel is good , clean ,comfort and has free wifi ,but location is very very bad , no any stores around , you have to take a bus to the central station about 10 min by bus , waiting time every 10-15min , after 12pm every 30-45 min waiting time for next bus

EXCELLANT
Had reservations regarding the location before arrival but the NO48 bus outside the Victoria hotel in central Amsterdam takes 10 mins to get to right outside this hotel. IDEAL as I don't think I would of enjoyed staying within the central area. Staff service was top notch, good English very friendly and helpful and they offer a free luggage storage if required. The free WiFi is excellent too. Didn't eat within the hotel but stayed in the bar a few times and again very friendly ad relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Be warned though Amsterdam is very expensive.

Not bad for the price and location
The hotel was not great the room was a bit small and the cleaning staff did not do a very good job but for the price and being 10 minutes from Amsterdam central not too bad

There is a supermarket two blocks down and we bought breakfast food,beer and snacks. Saved lots of money that way

A class act...
The staff couldn't have been more helpful and everyone's English was impeccable. I was surprised that a continental breakfast wasn't included and the one offered by the hotel was 17 Euros!!! The location wasn't the most convenient, but the number 48 bus stopped right in front of the hotel and depending on traffic took 5 - 10 minutes to get to the center. This was certainly one of the most enjoyable trips I've ever taken and would return in a heartbeat. Computer was only free if you had a certain carrier...I believe Sprint.

The Albert Heine grocery store is about two blocks away and rather than eating every meal out, we usually had a late lunch. We kept provisions in our room and saved $ that way.
