the hotel was clean and bed comfortable, breakfast dull and over priced. location from city center was easy by train but getting from the hotel back to the airport by shuttle had a unexpected and high cost for the short trip. the staff seems to really try to be professional but most need training, but they really try. when i return to Amsterdam, i will stay in the city even though it may cost more it will be far more convenient

It was a very good place to stay in during the time that I was in transit. The prices might be abit on the high side but its worth it. I had a good experience. Thank you.

should have listened to bad reviews
First of all, the room was nice. It had a comfortable bed. Now the bad. The staff of three receptionists were not able to check you in or check anyone out. I waited 45 minutes before being given a room. In that time my attempt (with confirmation number and e-mail) was passed around to all three receptionists. Ugh.Upon check-out, my receptionist tried to charge me 145 euros. I told her I had a confirmed price less than that. The price dropped to 99 euro. [...]I am awaiting the bill right now and plan to dispute any additional expenses.Folks-do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

The room was a good size and very clean. It is a very large hotel and the room was a long distance from the lift. The restaurant served excellent quality meals and was good value for money, friendly service. Check-in took a long time - asked for lots of information (unnecessary) - we were third in line and took a good 30 minutes.

ＮＨホテルとしてサービス、清潔さ、設備は問題なし。 しかし以前は無料であった空港とのシャトルサービスが有料になっていた。 空港からは無料で、空港へ行くには１回５ユーロでわざわざバウチャーを購入しないと空港に移動出来なかった。 航空券の都合で、宿泊時と出国時に計２回空港に行く必要があったが、合計１０ユーロかかった。 空港ホテルとして、しかも空港からわずか数キロのホテルであればシャトルサービスは無料のままにしておくべきである。 ましてや宿泊客であればなお更の事である。 事前連絡が無かったの 余計その様に感じる。 この様なアティチュードが次回宿泊の際に敬遠する材料となると思われる。

Close to airport
We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the airport and provided transportation to the airport. That made it very easy for us as we were flying out the next day. Rooms were very comfortable and we were unable to hear any of the the street traffic or the air traffic thanks to double paned windows.

Very unhappy with hotel
The bed uses a duvet instead of a blanket as a cover. I slept poorly, waking every few minutes because the duvet over had come off in a cold room.
