Catastrophique !
L'hôtel est annoncé pour 4 étoiles, mais 1 seule étoile serait suffisante : Chambre salle, très vétuste, télé de très mauvaise qualité avec très peu de chaînes, toilettes bouchées, petit déjeuner hors de prix (16,50 euros par jour et par personne) : A EVITER !!!

Eden Savoy Hotel, Rotterdam
Hotel location was great. Hotel is generally smart but tired looking. Room was very nice, modern design and a good amount of space. Very comfortable bed too. Lighting is not good, and the energy saving lightbulbs took aaaaaaages to brighten up and give the maximum light possible. Bathroom soap and shampoo dispensers both had broken covers and the soap dripped out onto the floor. These need replacing with a cleaner system.

from Georgia to Holland....
Loved the Hotel and the staff...always helpful and attentive. The bed,room,linen,towels were fresh/clean and comfortable. The carpet as one person wrote before needed cleaning and the shower was stopped up...did not come to Holland to shower or lay on the carpet so it was not a big deal...just thought they might want to know. The cube houses are just around the corner...cafes everywhere and going to see the windmills at Kinderdijk was the highlight of the sites I saw...I had a sweet Holland Tulip to escort me around the city. Even went to the Beach for blowing sand and a quiet romantic dinner..Eden Savoy will always be the place to stay in Holland...thank you

The hotel was nice, the service
The hotel was nice, the service good and the area OK. The rooms were large and clean, but a bit dark (only 4 small lamps in the "bedroom"). The bathroom was spacious and looked new, but there was no heating in the floor. We did not hav time to visit the fitness sentre in the basement. We did not try the breakfast either, as we found 16€ p.p. to be a bit high! The hotel is located not fare from the city centre, and it is just about 5 miutes walk to to the main shopping streets. A taxi to the central station was 7,5€, and there are also several options of public transportation not fare from the hotel.

nice little hotel other than the room near the stairs and doors do not make for a good nights sleep.

The most strategic hotel in Rotterdam
The most strategic hotel in Rotterdam besides the staff were very friendly..However for the superior room that I stayed for the past 13 nights, I only managed to get the mineral water & fruits for 3 days..the rest was history..

Excelente relación calidad precio, junto a las casas cubo y muy cerca del metro, del tren y de la zona comercial. Por ponerle algún pero, carece de amenities.

Can't do attitude by morning staff. Rooms were unimpressive compared to rest of the chain. Decent value regardless.
