Das angebliche 5 Sterne de luxe Hotel ist ziemlich runtergekommen, die Zimmer sind schmutzig und abgewohnt. Nach meiner Erfahrung wären selbst 3 Sterne zu viel. Nothing special
Cable TV, lots of channels. Cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved. Overall, not very good value for money.

The room was nice and I was treated warmly. The restaurant experience was not as good. Service was poor although the staff at the restaurant were very pleasant.

Everything was okay. Clenliness could be improved in the bathroom. I enjoyed the TV facilities (60 channels)

I could not have wishes for anything better
I would go back to this hotel without hesitation at any time. The first attempt with my Royal Bank VISA card at final payment time, failed for some unknown reason. This troubled me of course. I wondered what would happen if further attempts were unsuccessful. I did have alternatives but they were time consuming.

One of the better ones in Manila
Great stay, but the internet is not worth 600p a day. This hotel is better than most in Manila.

I always stay at this hotel but this time it was lacking of special attention. For instance, I requested an extra pillows and towels but they did not come at all. The charges for an extra bed was very expensive. The wi-fi was very bad, you have to buy a card to access it, with many hotel offering free wi-fi connection, this hotel needs to be with other hotels. The room needs to be updated and the bathroom needs some make-over. But the location to the airport is good.

the hotel was nice, saff was great, but I gave it a 3 for several reasons.one is there is no directory in the room showing the hotel amenities or services or menus describing the food. the other reason was the rooms cleanliness can be better. dirty smedges on the night tables n walls, can be improved. hotel car to airport more expenive than taxi

Nice place to stay. I had a flight out the next day to Cagayan De Oro. Friendly staff. The breakfast was really nice!!!

Nice Hotel Close to Mall of Asia
This hotel is fairly nice that is close to the bigest mall in Manila. Internet is not free and very expensive If you use the in room bar it is very expensive. $3.50 for 1 bottle of water(10 ozs) Rooms are clean. Employees are friendly and helpfull. Over all I would stay in this hotel again only at a discount rate. 145 US dollar is to much.
