what a surprise!

Poor:- inept at providing direction to hotel location- front desk operation was very sub-par. inefficient, discourteous,disinerested- pillows filled with foam egg crate packing- room barren, marginal, but it was clean- pricing conflict; filing request for price assurance settlement with [...]- restaurant quality of buffet was poor
