Allgemeines
Das Hotel bietet das größte Kongresscenter der Stadt, insgesamt 17 Mehrzweck-Räume mit einer Kapazität von bis zu 1400 Personen.
Check-In ab 14.00 Uhr. Früherer Check-In nach Verfügbarkeit und gegen Gebühr (Bestätigung durch das Hotel notwendig).
Eigene Hotelgarage vorhanden. Gebühr €18,00 (pro Fahrzeug/Tag).

Relaxing, enjoyable holiday
The gym was fantastic, the lounge was always warm and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We all enjoyed the hotel and were able to make ourselves comfortable at any time of the day.

Visit Sintra, a 40 minute train ride. It is a beautiful town.

Great Service
the room was a little small, however the service was fantastic. The pool was warm and relaxing. The spa was very nice and the prices for the treatments weren't bad. A five minute walk to the zoo. I traveled with my one year old and it was a little cramped but I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Hotel
The hotel was just as beautiful as in the pictures. If you wanted to watch television, movies, or use the internet there was a fee. Initially I didn't like this but I went on vacation to see the city...not watch television so it actually wasn't that bad. When booking this hotel I thought breakfast was included but once I arrived at this hotel I found out it wasn't. Although I thought the breakfast was pricey don't let that discourage you...it was DELICIOUS and worth the price! The Spa was the BEST spa I have ever been too. There is a beautiful and tranquil solarium that has a jacuzzi hot tub, multiple water massages, walking foot massager, and sauna. All this is available while you wait for your chosen spa treatments. The in-door pool is beautiful. There is a gym as well that looked nice...I didn't actually go in. The hotel is pretty close to everything you need to see and there are stops on the tour buses that are within walking distance. Overall, I would give this hotel 5 stars for it's beauty, location, food, staff, spa, etc. etc. This list could go on and on! I would definitely stay there again...

The hotel was very nice, and either
The hotel was very nice, and either met my expectations or exceeded them. The only drawback was the nearby area had graffiti. You need to be prepared as we drove by most neighborhoods with large hotels had graffiti. Coming from Los angeles we probably do a better job maintaining gaffiti, however as most big cities if you venture off the main roads you will find graffiti. Felt safe.

Great hotel, great location and staff
This is a great hotel, which is conveniently located. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast in the executive lounge was superb with a donwerful view of the city from the 24th floor. I would definetly stay here again.

excellent hotel, excellent location
The hotel was wonderful, we did room only as the B&B deals were expensive - august is low season, so prices are cheaper. Breakfast was very expensive, but there are plenty of small bars very close where you can get excellent coffee and cakes for 4 euros for 2 people. The pool is not as outdoor as advertised, but a bit of the roof does peel back and there can be a lack of seating and shade on the sun deck near the pool at busy times, but it is not too bad. The hotel is in the flight path, but as the planes are generally landing, not too noisy. Two minutes walk to the metro, and 20 mins to downtown by metro makes this an ideal location for exploring the city.
