The hotel has plenty of parking, luggage storage, meeting and conference space that can accommodate up to 600 people and one of the best hotel restaurants in Durban. An attractive two storey historical building with arched windows on the ground floor and tall flags flying high from the top of the second floor roof top. The building has a stylish industrial facade in keeping with the hotel's rejuvenated port surroundings. Situated in the southern part of the city centre at Durban's Point Waterfront overlooking the port and next to the popular Ushaka Marine World. Guests are close to the city's best beaches as well as a short 3 minute drive to the city centre.

Guests can eat in the modern industrial style indoor restaurant with its winning combination of stylish soft furniture and concrete floors and columns, or outside in the relaxing courtyard. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served here and food can also be ordered from the hotel rooms.
