Ruby Bar

As the evening unfolds, experience our elegant, double-volume Ruby Bar. Complimentary bar snacks are on offer, and our bar is fully stocked with an extensive collection of imported champagnes and single malt whiskeys. Those GUESTS desiring a more intimate experience can escape into our private bar lounges - decorated in honour of South African legends Kingsley Holgate and David Kramer. Imagine these private bars as those icons' private lounges - decked with memorabilia and ready to promise a glass of cognac. If this is not your cup of tea, we have a pool table in our bar to help you unwind - open 12pm till 1am! This traffic-stopping front suspended glass-fronted pool enjoys spectacular views over Cape Town and Table Bay. With unimpeded flow from the Pool Bar to the Deck beyond, it is the ideal space for cocktail parties, product launches, terraced barbecues to name but a few. Day or night, rain or shine, with our stylish Nomadic Awning, we are able to accommodate all of the Cape's weather idiosyncrasies with truly spectacular flair.

The Culinary art of Sushi making is an excellent in house team building event guaranteed to break the ice within any group. We'll give you the genuine skills of how to make traditional Sushi with one of our top Sushi chefs all the way from Beijing. It's perfect for anyone who is interested in making restaurant quality Sushi to show off to your friends and families at home. Additional activities such as Ratanga Junction Theme Park, Dragon Boat racing on the canal and Century City sports oval for outside team building events can be arranged at an additional charge through our preferred team building company.
