- Conveniently located on the ground floor, close to Reception, the Boardroom has double French doors opening to a terrace with views of Signal Hill, Table Mountain and the yacht marina. This facility is ideally suited to small, intimate gatherings and successfully serves as a meeting and/or private dining venue.
It is rectangular in shape with a fixed centre table and can accommodate up to 14 people; with full presentation equipment set up, seating is reduced to 12 people. The use of the Boardroom is complimentary for hotel residents. For guests not staying at Cape Grace, venue hire for half a day (4 hours or less) is ZAR 1,000 and ZAR 2,000 for a full day (up to 8 hours), with all standard equipment included.
