Located on the edge of beautiful
Located on the edge of beautiful and quiet Fort Canning Park. A short walk to Orchard Road, Chinatown, Raffles City and Clarke Quay. For those who like walking, Bugis Street, Little India and Lau Pa Sat are within easy reach. Dhoby Gaut MRT is not far away. The hotel is beautifully appointed and our room was comfortable and quiet. There were one or two minor deficiencies - only one towel rail in the bathroom, tiny bedside tables and slow (oh, so slow) internet and web browsing using the TV. Breakfast was well presented, quite sufficient and the restaurant (and other) staff friendly and obliging. The two swimming pools are fantastic! We will stay again.

It is a jail
Hotel staf are nice, but the hotele location is very bad. you have to wait for the taxi 10 mins. or walk 700m to the main street. Nothing special. too expensive for its location and services.

Great Location. Bar and resturaunt bills could not be charged to room as run by seperate companies - this seems strange for a hotel in this class otherwise a very good stay

Unfinished hotel
- constant construction, really loud, concrete digging machines, shook entire hotel, 9am - 6pm everyday, right beside pool - spa unfinished , not open - glass restaurant not open - no washrooms at pool, unfinished - no washrooms at gym, walk to another floor to use - lights in room turn on themselves at night - very damp, hotel system has no dehumidifying so everything damp in room - TV - 50 % of Channels worked only - TV Movie system - only 50% of movies listed are actually carried, not in system yet - NY eve, no house car to take guests home, our guests had to wait in our room untill 530 am, finally the front desk person, very nice called a personal favour. - staff however very nice. they tried to help given all the problems.

they sent us to top of forst canning to watch fireworks which was wondeful
