Excellent Service
Outstanding service from all staff. Very friendly and helpful staff from door men, bell hops, waiters, concierge. Beautiful property. Has a sister property near Hagia Sofia you can aslo use restaurant. The spa is outstanding.

Take a taxi from Bosphorus to Sultanamet property. From there the tourist sites are walking distance.

IF YOU LOVE LOUD LATE NITE WEDDINGS....
This is a four seasons, so expect a lot of good things. CLean spacious rooms, nice enough gym, service was a bit indifferent for FS standards but still good...HOWEVER, it has become a wedding factory. 2 weddings in two nights with loud music blaring until midnight. There was no room in hotel that was immune. To be fair they comp'd my room for a night, but i didn't go for a free room, i wanted to enjoy my stay in Istanbul. Don't visit this hotel on a weekend when weddings are likely to annoy. It was sad, they clearly care more about the weddings than the guests. Not to mention, even though i showed up after check in time, my room was not ready!
