Mehr als ein mittelklasse Hotel
Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist auch mit den öffenltichen Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar. Das Personal spricht teils mangelhaft Englisch was das verständis etwas schwer macht. Das Hotel wie auch die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön. Das Morgen-Buffet ist sehr gross und hat für alle etwas. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Solid Comfort in Istanbul
The Marmara Pera is a solid high rise hotel in a great location right of the main drag of Istiklal. The rooms are clean and relatively modern, though very small in a European sort of way. The service was kind and accommodating. Avoid lower floors so you are not bothered by the street noise and you get a good view of the city or the Bosphorous. Make sure you grab a drink at their stunning rooftop bar.

A Good Value
This hotel is one block from the Istiklal Street, where all the shops and cafes and clubs are. The location is great, the staff members are very helpful and polite, my room is on the 6th floor and it has a wonderful view of the city and the golden horn, I imagine the higher floor would have even better views. You can walk to Galata Tower and Taksim square.

Great location for any traveler. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, and night life. The hotel is in the new part of town. To visit the old part of Istanbul(Blue Mosque, Haghia Sofya, and Grand Bazaar) a tram ride is needed.

Take the tram. It's a great way to see the city and avoid the traffic. The tram can be crowded at rush hours. Tickets can be purchased with credit card or cash.

good location! room just ok.
this hotel was just ok. reasonably clean, excellent location. the taxi drivers all know where it is-may sound like a small deal, but when we stayed at the "w istanbul", nobody had any idea where it was. the hotel overall seems outdated, rooms somewhat small, but our stay was fine.

Splendido hotel nel cuore della Istanbul moderna e a poca distanza da tutti i più importanti punti di interesse turistico. Abbiamo soggiornato in una doppia standard che si è rivelata molto pulita e confortevole. Alla sera il bar sul tetto dell'hotel vale da solo il prezzo della camera ed il ristorante è uno dei migliori di Istanbul. Consigliato vivamente

A 'Must Stay' if your visiting Istanbul
Really friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is absolutely perfect location for young couples. Everything we had planned or were recommended to do was right on our doorstep. Could not get any better location. Rooms were modern and clean - with jaw dropping views of Istanbul. Beautiful.

Good hotel, excellent bar
the front staff was accomodating and even though i ended up with a smoking room, it didn't smell and you could open the windows. the location was great and the restaurant/bar at the top of the hotel is very sleek and with unbelievable views. the bathrooms are ridiculously small but the rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. i would stay there again.
