got it with a very good price comparing it with other sites. the on thing i didnt like is u can hear everything going on( city view ), though i was in the 16th floor. the concierge is doing a great job,

Business Traveller Expects Better from a 5 Star Property
The hotel location is very good but being a 5 Star hotel i was disappointed with the room. It was a small room with a very uncomfortable bed. The Toilet and shower was that of a 3 star property and not impressive at all. I travelling all over the world and this was quite disappointing. Would not book this property again as a 5 star option.

Taksim Square is full of bars and restaurants. Very lively at night and a great place to be in.

Great location and excellent staff
Excellent location and a better bargain than the other high-end hotels nearby. Staff is great - they noticed that I had a birthday the day before I arrived and had room service bring some cake to my room that evening (compliments of the manager). Pretty good gym for a hotel.

VERY EXPENSIVE !!!! WATCH OUT
I stayed 2 times total of 9 days.City view to recommended.To much noise, ocean view is to windy.BREAKFAST IS COST 60 LIRA (average cost breakfast in Istanbul 15 lira) This hotel 5 star but for me ONLY 3 star. Don't waste your money ,get some 3 star hotel in stanbul trust me same quality.I WOULD NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Staff is extremely RUDE..... Be careful for TAXI Drivers. They will charge 3 times if you look tourist. 2 km , they charge 50 lira....

I was there on business and a bit of relaxation. excellent location but a bit noisy for my taste. friendly and cooperative staff

perfect location
the hotel is centrally located near the Istiklal street which is always crowded with people. Since we love people watching, this is a perfect hotel for us. The sheet is very clean and crispy everyday and the mattress is changed every 3 days while we stayed there. The heater is quite hot and my husband had to keep lowering the tempature.
