Premier Signature Hotel Pattaya

Hotel is in soft opening mode. Service needs to be improved. Too much running work and maintenance. Only 1 elevator for 7 floors (waiting time too long).

Hotel was very comfortable and clean with excellent facilities on site. Staff were always very pleasant and attentative. For peace you couldn't find better, if however you like to explore the location is not the best as it is somewhat of a trek to get to the bars, resturants, and shopping centres.

I cannot fault the quality and level of staff service at this hotel. This hotel has reliable wifi even around the pool area. I checked in with my family and was upgraded due to a mixup to their suite and I was most pleased. No nasty story here about being shunted elsewhere or asked to pay more, and the hotel staff were able to accommodate my family seeing as it was not our fault. Breakfast buffet was good and diverse enough over the 7 nights, the kids loved it. I personally could not get away from their half price drinks in the late afternoons. A retired couple was there and told me of their excellent experience at this hotel after suffering a bout of food poisoning from their trip up in China. We even got a slice of birthday cake from their staff celebrating their manager's birthday. Location was quiet, but the cost of tuk tuks was a pittance and the hotel shuttle was also available to take guests to the main areas in town. A business hotel with a real family experience.

Nice hotel with full service mind, & good facilities.

"Unfinished & Noisy" 6 night stay -Premier Room #612 A newly renovated Conference orientated hotel, opened 01 Jan 2010, & still being completed in late July/August. Toxic glue / varnish oudour permeates through hallways & rooms. Very annoying "Loud & Intrusive" piped music in hallways from 6-30am. Flat screen TV's with few English channels mounted on thin walls. Free Internet corner ( Very slow) Free Tuk Tuk (Not woking) All rooms on 7th floor (Top floor) are too Hot for comfort. Beautiful Room, comfortable bed & lounge area.

This has the potential to be an EXCELLENT hotel - but is still under renovation. I booked in Feb for AUgust. I booked the most expensive room - upon check-in i was placed in a room on top floor facing beach. The A/C did not work - room was very hot - they moved me to a room on lower floor with not good view - it had NO HOT WATER and had the very strong toxic smell of laquer in the room ( this had obviously been attempted to be covered up by placing insence burners in the corridor) - i was moved a 2nd time to another room with NO view - but the AC did work and it did have hot water. the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant by the pool was being renovated - so there was an overwhelming smell of laquer - you couldnt sit by the pool or swim really - i tried - but the smell was too strong and i got a headache. When it is finsihed - this will be a wonderful place top stay. But not during renovation which seems to have been going on for at least 8 months now.

The staff is friendly and energetic but still lack of professionality. Room is average but very new and clean.

It is new hotel and located near to famous walking street in Pattaya. The room is extremely fascinating but the breakfast buffet is a bit diappointing me because the food doesn't has many choices. Nevertheless, I'll stay in this hotel again if i visit pattaya next time.

浴室排水不好,部份設施有故障,入住時還有工人在裝修, 房間較小隔音不是很好,早餐豐盛但酒店位置不是很好,Tuk Tuk車不好叫 大都要靠走路到鬧區,有一大段距離.
