Hôtel idéalement situé. Possibilité d'aller sur d'autres plages en long train boat notamment. Pas trop de monde, c'est trés bien pour se reposer. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la possibilité de louer un véhicule type 2 roues pour se promener aux alentours. Mise en garde pour ceux qui aiment la fête, il n'y a pas d'animations le soir.

Cet hôtel est magnifique et mérite 4 étoiles. Les bungalows sont cachés par la végétation, l'accueil, le personnel, les services sont de bons niveaux. J'ai visité les alentours notamment un bidon ville à coté de l'hotel, cela choque un peu, vous êtes sur un lieu magnifique et la misère cotoie ce lieu. Par ailleurs les petits déjeuners et les taxes locales n'étaient pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre

Great spot on phi phi if you want some tranquility away from the town, this beach literally has a few resorts and gypies selling cheap drinks from their sheds (they are lovely and friendly). Restaurant food was nice and other then the mosquitos, eating seafood on the beach was lovely. We went in low season, so bar was quiet of night and not a lot to do in the evening, and there are no tvs in room, just a leisure room with tv and movies. I know on holidays you should be able to live without a tv, but.... Anyway I recommend this place for a relaxing break. Bathrooms are very outdated and shower pressure terrible, but it was very clean, only main complaints.

Hotel was very secluded in a paradise setting. Be ready to dine in their facilities and stay in your room at night, as there is not much to do there. I think that's the purpose. The rooms are very basic, no televisions, but as comfortable as they're going to get in the islands. When we first checked in, the Air Conditioning was not working and after a few hours of sweating I requested to move to another bungalow, which was no problem. The issue was resolved. The hotel staff is friendly and they offer several day trips through the islands.

This was part of a holiday with my 21-year old daughter who is living and working in Korea. We went to Phi Phi sort of at the last minute. The Holiday Inn was the only hotel that had availability, and so we didn't get a great deal. Also, our flight arrival was past the time of the last ferry and it was frustrating to deal with trying to get to the island, We lucked out and ran into some people who were having the same experience, so we shared the costs of a motor boat to get us there. Once there, we were thrilled to find a gorgeous setting and outstanding service from a friendly, top-notch staff. The check-in experience was especially good - we sat in the outdoor lounge and the assistant manager made arrangements for our entire stay. We arranged for an island snorkeling tour through the hotel, enjoyed the sunset bar with fantastic views of the sunset, and had great massages on the beach. I think Phi Phi is probably one of the most beautiful places in the world and the Holiday Inn certainly makes the most of its setting. Stay in a room away from the beach and you'll get to enjoy early morning jungle sounds, which are beautiful.
