Nie den ersten Preis akzeptieren. Als Tourist zahlt man bei den meisten Läden und Taxis horrende Preise, wenn man nicht handelt. Taxis in Phuket sind Abzocker. Inseltour (5h) wurde uns am Taxistand für 3.000 Baht angeboten. Über's Internet ist die selbe Leistung ab 1.200 Baht buchbar...

Perfect for couples
Ideal location for a romantic getaway for couples. Not crowded and 15min taxi drive from Patong Beach town area where we can shop and get some good food. Resort not suitable for children.

Breath-taking!
It was an excellent experience! The staff are all very friendly and polite. I like the room, the scenery! The sight-seeing was awesome! Viewing the sea from the room was breath-taking. The food being served was wonderful too! The location was just nice for me and my husband to explore around. It is a definitely "Must Go!"

Not a demanding guest
Disappointed with Room reservation
We were greeted by staff who came to us with a refreshing tea while waiting for a room. Soon, we were told no reservation made under my name. Next we were told to wait while they prepared for one. The wait took nearly 2 hours. No one came to inform what happened and just asked to wait. After near 2 hours of waiting, I was upset cos the so called 5 stars hotel cant even handle such situation fast and well to offer waiting over a cup of coffee in the restaurant. The Manager only appeared when asked to tell us the same thing. I am greatly disappointed with the service standard for a hotel like this. Surely this is first and last visit.

Excellent view from the room.
Excellent view from the room. The view from the 2nd swimming pool is magnificent and it also has an infinity view, staff are very courteous. Breakfast menu has a lot of different varieties. English TV channels are limited to HBO, Cinemax, BBC News, ESPN, Sports Channel and AUS Network. The rest of the channels are in different languages. The Hotel has a DVD rental service, however the collection of movies are very limited. There is of course a free WIFI service, connection is decent. Transportation. If you have a rental, then you wouldn't have much of a problem. However, if you plan to travel by taxi, make sure you have a thai address of the hotel. The charges quoted by the drivers are quite steep. There is a taxi stand right outside of the hotel. There is a 7-11 close by, it should take approximately between 5 to 7 mins to reach there on foot. You can't miss it.
